I love the live band in the public hall. Awesome performance.?

System is a dissappointment....tv can only used one..the other one is spoilt..the touch screen was blinkimg off and on...the services was slow...sorry its gonna be my firat and the last time i went

Came on a Friday night to see the live band perform and was informed that we would have to hit the minimum order of $120 (w/o ++). Only when we eventually went to get the menu ourselves were we told that the wait for the food was 2 hours. So we had to order 120$ worth of drinks on an empty stomach? Staff weren't understanding of the situation and made the experience very uncomfortable. They didn't allow outside food either, so we had to dabao mcds and eat outside. They later chased us for our remaining $13 to make 120 and we just took away a bottle of soju. Servers were quite inattentive, we had to do everything ourselves and didn't feel very welcome, they didn't even want to serve us the warm water that many tables had while we were looking at the drinks menu because we felt cold stepping in, they said we must order a drink first. They didn't follow up with the water later anyway. Servers also had communication issues, another waitress showed us the food menu and said there was no wait. We made our choice and the waiter that came by to take our order said it would be a 1.5 hour wait. It was very messy and annoying, and though the band was alright one of the mics was very soft but no one stepped in to fix it. Understand that it is tough for these establishments these days, hope y'all will improve and work on this! Just wanted to feedback our experience.

We had fun at Havefun! Will designed room, spacious and aircon is really cold.

Place is clean. Lightings are good. Song system is good but not too many english songs. Outside food and drink not allowed.

The sound system is good. Room is conducive. Will definitely return again.

The songs are relatively new. The sound system is good. Certain songs also include scoring system. However, the counter staff service is terrible. I think machine self help is better.

Overall is not bad but not many people (at least for my experience on Saturday night) So a bit boring somemore Saturday no live band. Environment is good tho
