★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went at around evening time, not too busy and the lady was very helpful. Ps. bumper lanes are only allowed for 10 years old and under. Experience was great, the lady there even recommended shoes sizes and was very friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service is really horrendous. This happened on the 25/2/2022. My friends and i went to the bowling ally at 4:30pm , schools were having their cca so we were told to be put on the waiting list and will get a slot estimated by 5:15pm. We agreed and waited. I recieved a miss call from them at 5:06pm , which i called back at 5:09pm and asked if there was a slot. The lady on the other end of the line said "hm" and i told her that we were heading over , and she ended the call with "ok". Upon reaching the ally at about 5:30pm they informed us that no one picked up the phone and that we missed our call and that it is already full despite one lane still empty. My suggestion is to at least hold on the slot for about 15mins ?? Or like maybe put in the effort to call one more time?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ V bad experience at Super Bowl toa Payoh. The attitude and Service of staff there is poor. We were just trying to open a box and a lady in black polo tshirt walked towards us and said these exact words “stop whatever you are doing”. We are at bowling alley and not at a school where we get reprimanded. I am very sure there is better choice of words used and it’s very rude in my opinion. There were no Visible signs on rules and the cafe there had closed. I will never visit again as this leaves a super bad aftertaste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wanted to celebrate the beginning of school holiday with a fun time bowling and reconnecting with my old friends! We made our way to the counter to start our session but there was no lane (5:15pm),we wrote our number and went to the interchange to chill, all was going well. After a while, we called them to ask if we could make our way down/were there lanes available, they said yes and we immediately were on our way. Upon arrival(5:40pm), the personnel at the counter informed us that there were no lanes and had to wait until 6. We were frustrated as our session was delayed until the next rate, after 6pm. Ended up going back and appreciating the short meet up with each other. Thanks!
