The way he handled the current COVID related restrictions masterfully, kept us in the loop on all new regulations as well as provided information at every stage of the process was well appreciated. Tbh, initially i was kinda skeptical. Because usually you come across maid agency at those typical place like bt timah, katong etc. And often with many outlet. And hay resources is located at yishun. But nonetheless, it doesn't matter as long as helper is ok etc. As my helper run away during a home trip home. I was left with lil time to find helper. By chance, came across 1 profile and quickly interview. Spoke with crystal, confirmed the helper with her. The rest of the process was a bliss. No hardselling and follow up was done very promptly. And not to mention, i was really urgent for the helper to come. And crystal handle my case and process the paperworks very very fast. Less than 3 days, helper arrive at my place. Reply was very fast, paperwork is very fast. And most important i must highlight is, when i check the helper past employment is the same as the profile they send me.
