Typical sales person in this agency who only talks, do not have enough product knowledge and only want to close sales. Pro FDW. Do not expect after sales service as full of excuses given. Simple request put forth was ignore. Bad experience.

Agent recommended Myanmar helper and lied that her English is not bad. Came here can't even speak one word of English except Sorry. After 4 days, helper cried and want to go back home. So I sent back and lost all my money. Myanmar helper salary is 480. High for market rate. Went to their junction 9 office and saw another agent shouting at all the helpers and ordering them around. Will not recommend this agency !

The agent highly recommended an Indon maid to my daughter saying that she’s willing to learn and has very good attitude. However after working for my daughter for 5 months still cannot do simple English at all, expects the family to speak to her in Malay instead. Maid very lazy as well, always wake up late in the morning causing my grandchild to rush for school unnecessarily. The Maid sleeps at 10.30pm every night but she never wakes in time to prep breakfast for my grandchild. Told the agent named James but he sided the maid saying that we need to be patient but it has been 5 months and The Maid is causing more trouble than helping in the house. Agent expensive and not effective, totally useless. Don’t get your helper from them & regret! I would have given a negative rating instead of one star if possible.

If there is a zero star option, i would have given zero star. At the initial stage, agent mentioned the helper could cook and paint a beautiful picture of what she could do. When she arrived, cooking was bad, working attitude was bad. There was one instance when she was supposed to cook bone broth for the family including my infant and to our horror, she did not wash the bone and meat properly, with the blood and dirty stuff still on the bone broth. She was cooking bone broth weekly and when we asked her why she did not follow the steps to clean the bone and meat properly, she mentioned she forgot. Helper went to find agent to request for transfer and the agent James did not even have the basic courtesy to inform us. When we drop subtle hints on whether he wants to talk to the helper on why she wants a transfer hoping he will come clean w us, he mentioned he will get the Myanmar agent to talk to her instead, which never happened. Informed him that we can get a replacement helper as we are still in the guarantee period, he mentioned no helpers available due to high demand for transfer helper and borders close at that time. Asked him to send biodata nonetheless, he only asked which nationality which we informed him but no biodata was sent. (Went to other agencies to search for new helpers, other agencies sent us biodata and offered to write appeal letter to expedite the bringing in of helper as we have an infant at home.) When things happen, don’t expect him to help. When helper ran away to the H.O.M.E shelter, did not tell us what to expect. Only called us two days later saying he can help “resolve” the case by asking what the helper wants and if the helper wants transfer, he can do so. We told him MOM already investigating so he cannot do that. His reply was he would not do anything anymore and no news from him since then. Helper case closed and helper was repatriated back. Go to this agency at your own risk

Beware of the agent James, hire any maids from him at your own risk. Before signing, any maids from him is “sweet girl” “hardworking girl”(he himself said so), but it’s completely opposite. And when anything happened, you need helps from him, he will always said not his problem, “it’s like that one larh, I also can’t help it”(his own words). Regret not doing my research first before walking into this agency.

Took a while to find a transfer indonesian helper recently to look after my elderly mother. The agency fees was higher with some authorisation requirements changes due to the Pandemic otherwise processing was fast. James is sincere ,helpful and experienced. Although there will never be a perfect helper l am thankful to find a reasonably good one from here. She is cheerful and willing to learn more important is for both employer and helper to get along well by communication and care. She can understand simple English, bahasa with neat handwriting to document my mother's health measurements. Teaching her nursing skills will take some time to be good . My family is happy to find a good match!
