★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This business does money exchange (FX) and their rates are average, not the best, but not too low either. They do much more than currency exchange, they also do TT, Western Union payments and other remittance services. I used them for TT when time is of the essence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff treat customers like idiots. Visited the place two times to withdraw a Western Union remittance. They mentioned the identity card requirement but not the withdrawal limits they have. On the second visit, they won't admit they don't have enough money. They blatantly lied at first that they thought I was remitting money even though I showed them the remittance number during the first visit. Then, they tried to insist it is a limit imposed by Western Union - which is proven false by WU hotline - and tried to redirect me to another place. When I tried to get their help to check if the new place has enough money, they put on their earphones and pretended not to hear me until another customer comes in.
