i had my hair colour done by Heather for the last 2 years in red, and decided it was time to change to another colour. changing hair colours that were dyed in black or red are especially hard due to the dye pigments. Heather patiently showed me all the hair colour books and explained to me why this or that colours cant be used for now due to my previous hair colour. as i am someone who is open to anything and if it does not turn out to be what i want, i am ok as well! after two bleaching and one colour, thanks to the expert Heather, the colour turned out to be what i wanted - ash greenish grey with hues of blue at certain angle! we were very worried as after bleaching, there were still hints or reds and oranges. mind you, Heather only uses top notch quality stuffs from japan - think of the brands Milbon and Mucota. despite going through two rounds of bleaching and one colouring, my hair was not as damaged as i thought which was a huge surprise to me! another plus was that my scalp did not itch or burn! our family has been “following” Heather since lockdown in SG was lifted, which means almost 2 years ago. Heather is very experienced and professional. whatever questions you may throw her, she will patiently explain to you. whatever requests you throw her, regardless a particular hair cut you may want or a hair colour you may want, she will explain to you why it can or cannot be done. if it cannnot be done and you insist on giving it a try, she will inform you patiently to expect that the results may not be up to your expectations. i learned alot from Heather about hair texture, hair colours, hair styles, etc over the years with her. if you’re reading this review, go to Hcrew and give Heather a chance. it will change your salon experience.

I rarely write reviews, but i feel compelled with Heather. She understand what kind of haircut i wanted. Very professional and attentive to her customer. Will come back soon for my next haircut. Look for Heather Low. Excellent service.

A great salon! The owner is the most professional and friendly hair stylist that I have ever met. I would highly recommended her for the hair services. I had done the colouring of my hair and I like the colour very much. She will advise the colour and the style that best match with you. I will definitely become one of her regular customer. She is the best!
