โ โ โ โ โ Had some problem with my season parking, BN but a lady name Rachel(forgive me if I spell wrongly) from the hotline that I called assisted me and a lady from beson branch name Ms Thiam gave me her best assistance and help me solve my problem. Thanks you so much!

โ โ โ โ โ I reported water leakage on my ceiling somewhere in March 2017. It was handled by Ms Jenny Tey, a Bedok branch officer. She showed professionalism and patience when rectifying the problem. Although the process took a considerable amount of time, Ms Tey continually checked with my residence to monitor the progress which also concerned my immediate upper floor neighbour.
Thank you Ms Tey. Please keep up the good work.

โ โ โ โ โ A simple issue can't be solved because the customer service could not listen to my queries. I asked a question repeatedly but was answered with a whole total different thing repeatedly as if she was reading off a script. Horrible experience. Disgraceful.

โ โ โ โ โ There is one chinese old aunty (at the service counter) who is very rude and impatient. Talks high and mighty, thinks she own the world and we owe her a million dollar. Talked down on us, questioned our purpose of coming down with her frowning and doubtful expression. Asked us to just do self service online, no need come down. (Like duh, we also know can self service at home. So people cannot come and ask other questions? Then whats the purpose of having a branch AND hire people like you?)
If you canโt even service people well, donโt be a service attendant pls.
In the end, we went around to find another helpful lady to assist us instead. Couldnt get her name though, she is very patient and kind to us, helped us with the full loan redemption procedure.
