β β β β β The website listed some courses by a certain training institute but when you click on the course to apply for wsq claim, it says no course found. This problem has been existing for at least 3 days. Would be nice if the site is mobile phone-friendly. It seems to be made for people with laptops and computers only.

β β β β β The UX on their website is terrible. CS hotline took forever as no one picks up and when I reached out to their Facebook for assistance and left my mobile number, nobody tried to call. My credit has be deducted but the course wasnβt reflected on my account.
All I needed was to get this clarified as my course is starting soon.
This service coming for a government body is so unusual.

β β β β β Wasn't notified for cancellation of my skillsfuture claim, sent an appeal, someone replied several times and then went MIA. Wasn't notified of any underlying reason(s) why is it so, perhaps it was a secret reason that only they can know, but I think it was personally very rude and professionally irresponsible. A horrible encounter/experience for claiming skillsfuture - I legitimately completed the course at republic polytechnic with invoice and my claims got rejected, while those who are fraud got approved at first then discovered later. It is likely I have to fork out on my own while unemployed, thanks and no thanks for the 'help' to 'upgrade' myself, Skillsfuture SG.

β β β β β Forever no reply...SSG cancelled our MCES funding although we meet the criteria stated by the training provider. We have enquired about the reasons for cancellation since 2 Feb 2021 and followed up with SSG a couple of times but always received no answer. Made a complaint through Feedback Portal but no news. Their services were terrible.

β β β β β Called the hotline to give feedback (or 'whistle blow') on an approved training organisation's (ATO) attendance fraud. Agent on the line was not interested in the conversation and only unwillingly (I must add!) 'recorded' details of my situation after I expressed that I was upset. Would have preferred to not be emotional about this. I was informed I would receive a call within 10 working days. 10 working days are up. Still no news. I am guessing SkillsFuture condones/encourages fraud or simply lacks the expertise to do a proper investigation. Sucks to be me.

β β β β β Very bad on the system. I have completed my WSQ Diploma 08 Aug 2021.
Till today, i still haven't got my Certificate yet. Call Skill Future and they said must check with my institution whether they have summitted all the assessment or not ? Institution said they summitted on 12 Aug 2021. Call Skill Future again, they say need 10 working days to verity the issue, after 10 working days, i call them again, they say already proceed my request and need another 10 days.
If is not my Company HR chasing after me about it , i won't be bother to chase after my Certificate. Almost coming two months chase after by my HR.
So many negative comments about Skill Future Services, i give them some benefits of doubt, it could be because of many are working from home slow down the processing, but still needed to improve it.

β β β β β I have been chasing my certificate through the SSG feedback portal and customer service hotline since my course was completed in Jan 2021. To date, they did not reply to my chaser email. I sincerely hope that SSG can issue a public statement acknowledging and addressing on their lapses!
