★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This branch office is in some ulu place, on the 3rd floor of a run-down industrial building with no nearby bus stops or MRT. Walking from Paya Lebar MRT took 15 minutes with no shelter. I had to personally go down to sign some documents because it's the nearest branch office to where I stay but getting here is so troublesome! They need to shift this branch office to somewhere more accessible to other Geylang residents!

In fact, HDB in general, dodges your problems like a Taichi master.
They will never solve your problems. They just talk a lot with no constructive solution. They even suggest to you to sell your flat away, and make someone else the next victim...
Never buy too old hdb flats, especially from the 1980s and older, full of problems... You will regret a big time buying these older flats!

Convenient with hawker centres and amenities around.
Near to fruit stores, bakeries, dentists, family doctor clinics, convenient shops, hawker centre, Value Dollar, hardware stores, coffee shops etc.
What is really nice is that the location has a NTUC Fairprice and a Sheng Siong supermarket so near each other. Mcdonald is nearby too.
There is a swimming complex and the Singapore basketball centre are nearby too.
Nice places for some durian here. Besides some fruit stores, you will also find some durian stalls set up along the shops. Go along with the aroma and you will find these stalls.
Compared to the circuit road, this location only has a hawker centre. But it's OK since residents here can do a short walk over via the overhead bridge to Circuit Road.
Usually busy during weekday evenings and weekend mornings.

To them, once the flat is sold to you, any problems with the flat is your problems, none of their business!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's best not to come here for business if you have something to do. Don't come if you can't come. Andi takes it slow and her perfunctory work attitude makes you wait an hour to be fast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spent time going down for an appointment to seek clarifications on eligibility to buy SBF yet given only superficial standard replies. Let alone the staff as even the executive estate manager, Gouri could not help and did not get back at all when she agreed to check with her sales colleague. Really lousy and extremely unhelpful service!
