β β β β β For 2 years in a raw people using term " due to covid"... would be nice if hdb had more than 1 person ACTUALLY working there and do their job sometimes. I called so many times due to constant drilling and heavy hacking the wall noise for more than 2 month, zero outcome! Looks like rules are not for everyone. Awful service, horrible customer care. At this point even 1 star is too much, I'd rate you -10!

β β β β β I called the branch before 9.30am regarding a renovation work going on on the upper floor. I was made to hang on the phone for more than 30 minutes for a officer to attend to me but there wasn't anyone. I have to no choice but to hang up.
Definitely could provide better service to the public, what's the point of having a hotline when no one attends to it.

β β β β β Horrible service! I was unable to renew season parking online, trying to make e appointment but the next available slot is 17 days later! Do I need to expect 17 days summons? I called the helpline, and waited for more than 45min, no answer! The whole system is not working!!! What is the government doing???
