★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not so busy on a Fri morning. Staff & nurses are always friendly plus helpful. Doctor Tok, a lady Dr is soft-spoken, most patient with older patients like me.
Additional service is you can buy several healthy, yet tasty products of Tzu-Chi imported from Taiwan eg. Pure Almond powder with 山药, sesame powder, noodles (flavors of multigrain, pumpkin & tomato), easy to eat raw oats( only need to soak in warm water) and several types of sauces for noodles, cooking. All v. fragrant, easy to use, healthy with no added preservatives etc. Some even made by Nuns of their foundation.

The dedication, patience, professionalism and friendliness of the staffs and doctors are really commendable compared to other private GPs. Special mention to Dr Tan for always been so approachable and patience in answering all my questions! Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Allowing a friend patient with covid to come in with half a mask on revealing his nose. Until a male staff come along to give him another mask. I don't care if the staff are friends with the patient. Covid is a serious matter and every staff was chatting happily with him loudly. Even though he is sitting behind a screen. There are people around. The staff should not encourage him to talk in such a loud and carefree manner. It is common sense that even with a mask on, you should not be shouting or talking loudly if you have covid as the virus still can spread.
I am more than happy with the friendly staff, But we are not out of the woods yet with covid. Please take things more seriously when it comes to that.

First visit attempt, I went at 445pm. Closing time of this clinic is 530pm and the door writes last registration 5pm. The staff told me that there's only one doctor in today so they have already closed registration.
Second visit attempt (for a different illness and different date), I reached at 4pm. Staff told me the doctor is rushing so I cannot register.
If that's the case, your clinic might as well change your last registration time to 330pm instead of 5pm. Disappointing visits.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best clinic in the west. From attentive and caring staffs to doctors. Never once was any of them hostile like certain clinics. Affordable prices. Appointments always spot on with not much delays. Doctors never brush off your small symptoms and really listen and advices on your concerns. ?
