★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had just recently on a Saturday morning called at Sembawang HDB branch to settle the finality of my housing loan payment and is rather routine given the efficient service of Ms Leala who attended to me. It is a pleasant branch office, spacious and ample seats to relax before your turn is up.
Upon leaving after Ms Leala has completed all necessary documentation for me, I accidently left behind my wallet on the table at a hidden corner and walked off to leave. Several minutes later while driving, Ms Leala contacted me to inform me that I have left my wallet behind. She was quick to look up my contact details and stayed behind a little longer as it is a half-day office hours. What a plesant experience as it could turn into a drastic weekend if one loses his wallet and all it's contents. THANK YOU!
That's what I love about these neigherhood and the branch office of HDB.
Not to mention the honesty and pleasant public service officer like Ms Leala.
