Been sseing the doctors there since my children at their young age. Doctors are kind, informative, friendly and attentive to cases. The clinic is always busy, but the staff are also helpful. Thanks to the doctors, staffs and nurses there

There wasn’t a clear structure or system which the nurses functioned. Everything from registration to payment was Chaotic. First time been to a clinic with no proper queue system- Nurses had to call the patient name or patient number because the clinic could only contain less than 10 ppl. Majority of the patients had to wait outside right outside the clinic just to have their names heard. Understand that the clinic is understaffed but simple equipment like a proper ringing queue system should be added to facilitate them. Simple things like placing the health declaration could be considered. It took 10min for a single patient to registered. Thus, look to invest at least 2-3 hours waiting time β—‘Μˆ

Went to clinic with my 9mths baby, who has covid19 symptoms. Dr Suzanne was quite rough on ART and PCR. And whole consultation is super fast and not caring at all to a small baby at all. The worst is she prescribed unsuitable medicine ventolin to my baby. And i was told by another doctor that ventolin is not suitable for a 9mths old baby. But too late i already fed my baby for 3 times but luckily nothing happen to my baby.

Super bad experience, i went to do a PCR test to confirm that im positive for covid . Still wait for a long time , ard 1hr+ . The clinic is in a mess, with blur and bad attitude staff. The worse thing is i have tested positive, and i did not receive the message from moh. The staff did not give clear instructions and tell me to wait for the message, the staff say if i did not receive the message within 48hr call moh. After 3day i still haven't receive, so i call moh. But moh told me that they do not have any record from me . And moh says that the clinic did not submit the results to them . So they make a patient wait ,end up not doing thing they need to do? Moh tell me to call the clinic, but i call the clinic 10+ times but no one pick up ?LOL so unresponsible clinic, im speechless

Dr Liau is alright, he know his stuffs and can treat. The 2 stars rating is solely because of him, but he is letdown by the clinic nurses and the other doctor. In fact, I can’t call them nurses because they are blur AF and I can’t believe they are medically trained. They don’t pay attention to details, always gave excuses for their mistakes. In short, they are just clinic helpers. Because of their sloppiness, I couldn’t get a prescription from the pharmacy and resulted a delay in treatment for my child. Double check, triple check while you are there, because you’re going to need it. If you get the lady doctor, you pray hard cause her diagnosis are hit and misses.

Lousy queue system. The nurse are not helpful and rude. Went to the clinic for ARI symptoms. Was consulted by Susanna the doctor in charge this afternoon. Was told need to do swab even though I have already done it at home. Susanna is terrible at the way she perform the swab. My nose hurt like hell as she simply did it without a heart. She push in the swab tip in damn deeply even though its just ART test and not PCR. Please avoid this clinic. Visit at your own risk. Its hell of an experience for me. Will not come anymore. Bad queue system bad service by the nurse and doctor with no heart. When I was there I overheard them mentioned wrong ART results uploaded to MOH side of patient. Oh my god. I cannot believe it. I will never step into this clinic anymore. Be warned!!!!

Went there last Friday hoping to get a confirmation test after self-testing positive (and then negative again on 2nd self-test) plus sore throat. Had to wait 30mins despite being next in line. There was no other patient in the doctor's room. Finally got to see the doctor, Dr Susanna, and she was extra keen to end the consultation. Which, is totally understandable since I am sick. But she had asked me to swab my nose and throat by myself? What's the point of going to the clinic then? To have my self-swabbing graced by the mere presence of a doctor who doesn't even bother to supervise the self-swab but looks at her computer instead? Could've done it via Tele-ART. The ART swabbing stick was also the short kind so it was really hard to swab the throat without a mirror, especially by an untrained professional at that. This was also done with an unwashed hand since no gloves or wipes were provided. I was so caught off guard by the whole situation and the pressure to leave ASAP that I didn't have time to ask for sanitizer. Please ask for it before swabbing if you're ever in my place. When collecting my medicines, the staff at the counter placed the bare syrup spoon on the counter top that everyone touches. All in all, horrible experience. Really felt like I visited a quack doctor/clinic. FYI: Woke up worse, with full blown symptoms, the next day and was tested covid positive at another clinic the day after.

Dr Susanna and the staff are friendly and accommodating. Dr even asked for some options for consideration and did not just mandate certain tests for money. Thank you. If I need consultation in the future, will definitely be back here. Highly recommended.
