Bad service. Got the SMS notification but only will wait 2.5 minutes. Ridiculous as the message clearly says we can start to proceed. Start means start to proceed and not immediate arrival. They should send us a notification 5-10 minutes ahead not a total of 2.5 minutes of wait for us once we received the sms notification.

I received a phone call on Friday from TPY branch office to see officer on Tuesday (4 days later) to finalized the transfer of my flat ownership. The lady apologized as it was a last minute request. My sis and myself adhered to the arrangement and luckily our bosses approved our last minute leave. What upset us was they wanted a cheque in 4-figure without informing us in advance and say that they can not proceed with the transfer without the cheque. I did not bring our cheque book and there was no mentioning about the cheque to "HDB" in any of the letters from HDB. I hope that HDB will improve and can be more precise in the letter - instead of just "make payment ...." , they should write clearly "written cheque to HDB with amount $xx,xxx", nets not accepted. This will save the inconvenience for working people like us having to run around and apply leave again. To you, is an additional statement. To us, is extra time which money can't buy.

Very very worst telephone service: Yesterday myself and my husband was called so many times to call center. At the end voice message said system problem. Full day same thing happened. I had checked other branch office and was good. But TP branch office which is very close to HDB Main Office. Today my Husband will go and see the officer face to face. I do not know this service is like this never try before. In my experience, this is very worst and wasted our time and money :(

No follow up at all for almost a month with regards to defective equipments. Nothing has been reported on the list of equipments that we have filed and submitted Spoke to customer service officer and it was claimed by the branch that necessary on site visits was made, without anyone informing us about the outcome. Requested for email follow-up to list down the report and action items for the defective equipments over the phone. No surprise here as I still have not received any email reply at all from the branch.

This is one "garmen" place where the service is superb and things get upgraded all the time - and they are looking out for the average Singaporeans too. True. A 68 year old (me) walked in and found out that HDB stop accepting walk-in enquiries for some time. How? A young lady approached and calmly explained that 5 onsite terminals are there. She walked me over and another equally enthusiastic young man took over. Ensured all is where and with a wide grin declared that my queue number will be called in 5 minutes. And I was. Now that's customers service at it's best. And everyone one of their CSOs are that good. The lady at counter GE 11 was most knowledgeable and reassuring. Answered all five of my queries. I was walking out within 15 minutes. Yeah. HDB - That's the way

Malay Lady @ Counter 2 who attended to us was very patient n polite. But other ladies were creating lots of loud noises talking to each other, probably due to lunch hour.

I just received an e-mail from HDB ,telling me the 3rd time my new BTO flat will be delayed again. Reason shortage of manpower and yet the New BTO flat is thrown out to the market like nobody business . If there is really a shortage of man power then the new BTO should stop coming out and all manpower should be drawn to the delay project. Looks like PAP is running out of cash and making money on our expense of delaying project.

The branch staff simply blocked the hall to stop public to walk through, rude guard who thought no end of himself simply chased public away as if people owe him a living! Isn't this building was funded by tax payer"@ $$$$$!?
