How pathetic HDFC has became. Maintaining HDFC loan services department in Singapore but not HDFC banking service department. Worst.

I would not give even a single star if there would have been an option for zero star, please here in HDFC Ltd. are illiterate and seek no urgency for customers; They just say there are simple steps for the home approval...However, being preferred customer for HDFC Ltd. and applying on my PRE-APPROVED loan they have took almost 2 months for the approval of loan and disbursement They did not verified the properties where I currently live Approved the loan without increasing the limit which I requested for Fighting with me over the call Harassing me to pay over and above the said amount in terms of Fees and explaining false urgency that if I dont pay the fees the file will be rejected People sitting on Higher Ranks like Branch Manager in HDFC LTD which is the loan department and have separate entity are totally corrupt, inefficient and insulting to the customers and asking for more payments either from HDFC Bank or from the customers Loan approves are seriously lazy and have multiple escalations system, even if the file is fully formed and submitted by the customers No discount provided to the customers even if he is preferred and totally dis agree with the statements are says we dont care if you are preffered or not, we are not bank, we are loan branch and if you require us, you would need to make the payments and have to agree with our terms and conditions.....there are further more issues which I would certainly highlight at the time when I will write the e-mail to wide audience

The team in Singapore needs to learn to be kinder to its fellow human beings. I am writing this review not based on just one conversation with them. The staffs always seem to be irritated and doesn't show interest to help ppl with their queries. They need to be taught to be kind and courteous in their communication and gesture.

Does HDFC management has any idea why they are operating bank in Singapore? The personal i called (Dial 1) for enquiry is so rude and has no patience to answer the questions rather to finish the call. If you keep operating like this trust me you will shut down this site soon . other rating explains it all

While Dealing with HDFC Chandigarh/Mohali Branch, please be extra cautious with the documentation process and keep all communication on email or paper, As the staff may hold your personal documents in their own custody without customer's knowldege. and It may or may not lead to serious issues for customer in future if misused by anyone. My Personal experience with Bank twice

No one picks up the call, called about 20 times over a span of 2 weeks. website is generic for all of india, no specifications for singapore. worst bank in singapore tbh.

Is there anything lower than 1 star? The worst experience ever. I have been a customer for 28 years and if anything, the bank has regressed in technology and quality. Staff constantly change, high net worth customers are treated terribly and the red tape and paperwork is ridiculous.
