β β β β β First time trying out the Orthopaedic Massage and it's probably what I'll be going back to now. I was a bit disappointed when I found out it wasn't a full body massage but after the session, it was definitely worth it. I had Adeline as my masseuse and she was both gentle and strong throughout. She focused on my upper back and I loved how my body felt untangled after the session. The receptionist who attended to me was also very warm and welcoming. I will definitely come back again!

β β β β β I've been visiting Healing Touch Thomson branch for more than 3 years now with interval of 1.5-2 months. The receptionist is very accommodating and she always call or have a confirmation with you before you're schedule on that given day. So far I'll give 5 stars also to my masseur which is Jacky, she's really good for both Orthopaedic and Deep Tissue Massage, not much talking and only ask you from time to time if the pressure is okay. I'm very satisfied with their service!

β β β β β Iβm usually skeptical against massage places - simply because theyβre too pushy with packages or just too inconsistent with their services. Itβs my 2nd time back at Healing Touch with a different masseuse, and itβs still good!
I thoroughly enjoyed my session, and when it ends, no pushy sales for packages or sort. They let their massage speak for itself. ??

β β β β β We came for the $46 one hour promo deep tissue massage. It's actually $46 plus GST. You have to show your IC and the discount is only for first-time clients.
The atmosphere is relaxing, quiet and clean.
The masseur was professional and attentive, she even did some neck stretching because she felt the tension in my neck and shoulders.
Overall a very pleasant experience βΊ

β β β β β Did not unfortunately get to experience this. We reserved a spot for our wedding anniversary. Turned up and was told that they were fully booked and they would not honour our phone reservations. Despite our pleas and knowing this was a special date, the team only apologised. Regrettable and hope they can improve on this.
