β β β β β Unlike the past clinics Iβve visited, Dr Alan has a warm demeanor, does not rush through & is meticulous in treating patients. Receptionist is also well informed & professional. One of the best clinics Iβve encountered.

β β β β β For those using insurance, dun border to call to make an appointment as you need to be at the clinic to register and wait at the clinic. The doctor and the clinical assistants said it is the clinicβs policy and they need time to check to make sure your insurance card is valid! And it will take time to check!! βAre we still in the 70s and need time to confirm?β
Whereas those paying by cash, you can call in to make an appointment.
I was not aware of this and was told that I need to queue from the time I step into the clinic even though I make an appointment!
Make sense??

β β β β β Lousy communication lousy attitude and lousy service.
Called at around 10am on a Sunday and asked if they do the Swab and send home test. Admin person said that she will check and get back to me in 5 min. After 5 min she called and said they do it in the clinic but she can only schedule me to come at 12.30pm. After that at around 12.20pm the person called and she said to remember to go for the appointment. Upon reaching, the clinic appears to have closed and when asked if we can proceed with the swab the doctor said that the βswab peopleβ had left and he cannot do the swab, the next swab can only be done at 7pm??!!???? Attitude was very bad and doctor reluctantly said that he can only do a consult but no swab???? Was really disappointed as my mum were having flu like symptoms and I had thought that I arranged everything properly so that she wouldnβt have to walk around that much. Would give it a zero star if I could

β β β β β Empathetic and friendly doctor. Takes time to listen and explains his diagnosis. Does not dispense antibiotics unless absolutely necessary which is unusual these days. Definitely will recommend Dr Lee.

β β β β β I have no idea how they are doing triage. They called the late person first without no reasons. They said that I need to wait 30 minutes. Then I wait outside and did not go anywhere. I had been waiting 1hr and 15 min. They didn't called me. They should tell the waiting time carefully. If they says the right time, we can do other things in the meantime and come back to the clinic. Now, I was looking all people. They look good and nothing emergency.They called the late person. I will never go to that clinic again.

β β β β β Extremely rude doctor who scolded my family member for visiting the clinic for her asthma condition. She was told to visit her usual clinic which has since closed down. It's understandable that the healthcare system is under strain due to the surge of covid cases. However, this does not give doctors the leeway to treat patients rudely. Be empathetic towards all patients. They are visiting the doctor because they are sick.
