The enviorment was very clean, well organized, and professional. I had gotten an X-ray, cleaning, and checking. I arrived about 30 minutes earlier than my appointment time and got in about 20 minutes earlier than the appointment time. It was very efficent and fast. The dentist was very helpful, my dad and I had a few questions and she answered them very thoroughly and understandably. The dentist's assistant was also very helfpul. She helped me with my X-ray and her instructions were very easy to understand. Overall I would recommend this place very highly.

Came here after reading many good reviews abt Dr Du & i’m glad i did! Dr Du is indeed very patient in explaining the situation and gentle with extraction. Even his assistant is very nice to pat my hand gently knowing i’m very nervous given prev traumatic dental experience elsewhere. appreciate everything!

It's my first time visiting this dental clinic and I must say it's a good one. Dr Mok is so gentle throughout cavity filling pocess, compared to my previous experience elsewhere. Dr Mok will checked on me to ensure that I don't feel uncomfortable or pain during the procedure. Charges are reasonable too!

I visited this clinic for removal of another upper wisdom tooth based on the very good reviews I saw on Google. Dr Justin Du is really an excellent dentist. He is very patient in answering the numerous questions I have and gave a very detailed explanation of the process/risks involved. The appointment system is very organised, I don’t have to wait when arriving at my appointment time. The wisdom tooth removal process was very smooth. Dr Justin Du took his time to explain every single process. The removal was totally painless and was done within less than 15 minutes. The whole team here including all the nurses are all very professional. After this visit, I’m confident with Dr Justin Du’s skills and professionalism and will come back for surgical removal of lower wisdom tooth. I definitely recommend you to come here for your dental visits. I had a very bad experience with wisdom tooth removal previously. It was another dental group with many outlets and the outlets I went to are Buona Vista and Clementi.

Been here 2 times. Staffs are warm and accommodating. Especially Dr. Justin Du is professional in dealing with kids. The extraction is not painful at all. My daughter LOVE this clinic now. She actually get excited when it is time to see the dentist… Highly recommended.

I've had really bad experiences going to dentists. Was having on and off bleeding gum issues for awhile, went to 2 dentists and they didn't really clean the plaques properly and the infection came back after a few days. Decided to try this clinic for the first time and Dr Justin was so delicate and thorough with the cleaning that the gums healed stopped bleeding the very next day. Returned to the clinic the 2nd time to have my wisdom tooth removed. Dr Justin was very patient in explaining the whole procedure and super skillful in removing my (very very stubborn) wisdom tooth :P overall 5/5 for experience, customer service, and satisfaction

Dr Justin was introduced by my husband as he did cleaning and polishing, filling, and wisdom tooth extraction with Dr Justin before. I’ve been to many dentists and I think Dr Justin will be my finial stop. He is meticulous and gentle. Of course, certain areas will be more sensitive and painful but he will give you a heads up before diving into cleaning it. He explains in details the hows, whys, or whats.. any questions you ask him, he is also patient in answering. He does not upsell or push you to go for unnecessary services and treatments. My previous dentist told me to extract my wisdom tooth and get a mouth guard but Dr Justin advised that since we need to go back for cleaning every 6 months anyway, he will then reassess if really need to or not. Dr Justin is also friendly and sincere as we were surprised he remembered details about my husband even though his visit was 8 months ago. Our appointments also overran but Dr Justin did not get annoyed or impatient. I’m really glad I gave Dr Justin a chance to do my cleaning and polishing. Thank you, Dr Justin! Making appointment is a breeze, and they will send you SMS reminder a day before. The front desk ladies are super friendly and helpful. They accept CHAS and Merdeka too.

I brought my 12 year old daughter here for a dental checkup and cleaning during our visit to Singapore. Everyone we came into contact with was courteous, professional, and respectful. The dentist took extra time to answer our questions, provide detailed explanations, and engage in friendly conversation. The dentist was very respectful towards my daughter, made her feel comfortable, and included my daughter in our conversations. Wonderful experience. Highly recommended. Thank you
