Under the GP Clinic the price quote is the most expensive he's not even a specialist . Clinic open at 8.30am . The standby Doctor didn't even reach the clinic at 9.15 really a very bad experience I left the pl after 40 min wasted , the service really suck . I will never visit again .

I paid $310 for a hep a vaccination (2 doses), including 2 x $50 consultation fee. Obviously polyclinic is the cheapest option (around $78 in 2018 from my online search). Current price at raffles medical for the same vaccination is $221, if purchased from Dr world app. The good thing is the second dose was totally painless. Anyway, the burning pain in my wallet more than made up for that.

Doctor has rather an attitude, and hung up the phone on me after I asked why he rather destroys medical records than share it with patients. I was trying to get access to my personal medical history records as I have shifted, but he declined it flatly, saying that it is within his clinic's policy and that he would keep patients' records for 7 years and then destroy it - which is within MOH guideline (I called MOH and was advised otherwise as different format of records have different maintenance period). He challenged me to go check with MOH if he was violating policy but the crux of the issue is not this, but rather, the access to personal medical history records as a patient. He claimed that the National Electronic Health Records (NEHR) system would capture my medical history but as system was implemented a few years ago, may not be comprehensive documentation. Actually, i suspect that the clinic could have enrolled late, and did not bother to provide entire medical history and only documented whatever starting from date of enrolment on the NEHR. One wouldn't know how long a medical record was documented in NEHR as only medical practitioners have access to it (so it is good to check with your GP too). During this period where the govt is encouraging people to take up the covid19 vaccination, this doctor only told me I have drug allergy and that's it. This drug allergy was in fact what I shared with him when SGH diagnosed my drug allergy. But I recall many episodes of anaphylaxis due to food and chemical (yes, am allergic to a lip balm containing Vit E and stuff) intake/contact as well and I had to remind him he once recommended that I buy the epi-pen which I didn't as it is very expensive and has an expiry date. Imagine if I forgot and went to take the covid19 vaccination and put myself at risk (?) But luckily, once you have severe allergic reactions, you won't forget the (many) episodes, even if your doctor does. And I am wondering why this doctor would rather destroy the full medical history records and not share it with the patient/ enable her to port the hard copy medical records to the next GP (given that NEHR may not be comprehensive, according to him) so that the next GP has full knowledge of patient's medical history- to save lives, reduce time wastage trying to establish past medical history, etc? I volunteered to pay but he said no. (HPB allows people under 21 year old to purchase their medical records for a fee of S$50, by the way but option isn't open to adults). Anyway, doctor was also not compassionate as years ago, i approached him to help out with an emergency at the coffeeshop but he said no as he had patients in the clinic - who weren't really in need of emergency help and would probably not mind if he excused himself to go save lives, right? Not recommended as doctor is not altruistic at all, only wants to make money. I truly believe in Karma...

Doctor is very attitude. ARI diagnostic only 1 day MC. Doesn't match with Poly at all. Once I went due to food poisoning and they charge $100 and did some nonsense diagnostic just to charge u the extras.
