★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is good and fast. Good quality of human resources. The nurses and doctors explained everything in detail. Even it is crowded, the place is clean and organised. Self registration system and queuing system is well function. Food court is also clean and the price is reasonable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service quality truly improved after the latest renovation. Shorter waiting time. It is good to get rid of the OTC items and centralise them at the Block 4 Pharmacy. Patients are well informed in advance on the collection time through the messaging system.

I would like to draw your attention to your excellent pharmacist, Angeline Lai. Just today (1/4/2021) at 850am, Ms. Lai took it upon herself to try and resolve my med purchase issue. It meant taking a lot of time and effort on her part and did not stop until she found out what had happened with my delivery and prescription issue. It was an example of a rare case of professionalism in your industry. I believe Ms. Lai to be an integral part of your organisation.
