The front desks all very friendly but the staff who in charge the X-ray one really not friendly and quite fierce to me. I don’t think I got did anything wrong even though I’m the covid recovery patient. At the very first place I already called them to confirm is it got accept covid recovery pt and they said yes , just walk in will do . Normally to do the X-ray we need to change the cloth at another room but due to is covid pt so they want me to change my clothes at the X-ray room. The staff didn’t give me any explanation why i must change there and she just stand behind of me. Actually can tell me nicely due to covid recovery so just change the clothes at the same room will do. Fine, like that I also can understand. But unfortunately she just shown me the attitude and blamed me put my clothes at another place. She really didn’t say clearly I just can stand there only at the specific area. If say properly sure I won’t move my walk and I really can understand. I don’t mind she sanitize the places i put my clothes there but please, don’t shown me the attitude. Then she instructed don’t touch anything when I leaving there with the very rude tone. Actually all the things can tell nicely what and I really can understand it. I am not go there without paying the bill!

tried to contact the clinic with calls from 440pm onwards and no one picks up. As from what we saw, their operation hours is until 530pm. But, I think they are avoiding all calls before they leave work. They'reis unresponsive on a daily basis, prospective clients please think twice in visiting this clinic for health screening, especially for big corporations. Adding on to the fact that the clinic takes more than a month for the health reports to be out (longer lead time as compared to other health screening providers). Lol. They're not even much cheaper than other providers so I would highly NOT recommend anyone to try this out. It's beyond bad, it's atrocious.

The worst health screening experience I ever had! It will take at least 5-6 weeks to receive the report. It's the first time ever, I need to wait for more than 5 weeks to receive the report for the basic health screening. It was never mentioned to me when I do the registration. The staff theresuper not helpful and not friendly. After 5 weeks waiting (honestly I almost forget I did this health screening!!), I call the clinic in total 3 times to check what is the status and when can I get the report ready. The staffs always said the same thing "I will check and get back to you", BUT, I never get any updates and noone call me back to update me on this matter. After almost one week of chasing, I managed to get the softcopy first but not the hardcopy even I already requested to post it out ( it's been more than 6 weeks from the health screening date). if you have other options or need to get the report urgently please avoid to go to this clinic.

This is the worst health screening experience I ever had in my past 20 years of doing health screening. I arrived on time at 9am for my appt, nothing happens for 1hr after registration until I have to approach the staff and it was then I was told to collect urine sample. After that waited another 1hr without anything happen and I approached them again and they collected my blood sample. People that arrived later than me had at least few tests done. Eventually I waited for 4 hrs before I get to see the doctor for a 10mins review! Something really messed up in their order of fulfilling patients appt priority. The reception desk lady is the worst! She jus dismissed me when I tried to check on the progress, customer service is non-existent. They don't even deserve the 1 star in the review.

It's my first full health screening I've ever done in my life and it's been a pleasant experience with Asia HealthPartners. I booked my appointment using my Prulady voucher. Initially, I was worried as the other google reviews shared poor experiences, however it was rather smooth for me. Apart from the slightly longer waiting time (which is common since there's so many patients and the clinic even caveated by having mentioned on posters stuck all over their clinic), the whole process was rather smooth and the nurses were quite friendly and helpful. As I had to rush off for my next appointment, the nurses and Dr yong were quite accommodating and helped me sped up the process. The waiting time for the report was about 2 weeks, which was rather fast as compared to what the other google reviewers said.

It has been a pleasant experience. I booked my appt with May, she has been patient n helpful throughout n explained each procedure to me. Upon my visit, I was attended by a sweet young to be mum, Erica, at the counter n another lady, tall slim n blue uniform, they were helpful n polite. After my bld test, I was attended by another lady, Penny, for the follow up process, she was so nice n sweet. Overall, it has been a superbly pleasant experience here. Keep up the good work ladies.

This is my first visit here. I had done yearly health screenings for past 15 years...I would not say this is the best experience or worst. Place was in generally in working condition, I would not say fantastic, just some signs of ageing. I waited for quite some time for ultrasound, holding your bladder was one of the worst. The staff are generally soft spoken, and they don't provide heads-up information. So you can feel quite lost. However, if you do engage them, many are shy but willing to speak a little more. I booked via phone call, and was done quickly over the phone. A sms reminder was sent a few days prior to the check. Registration was done quickly, my appt was 8.30. But their price point is more economically priced than many providers in the same area.
