Wanted marketing for my tuition agency and somehow chanced upon them, met up with Alvin and lionel at a café and they were very nice guys. Their rates were too high for me, but received over the lunch many useful tips on marketing with a low budget. Knowledgeable folks who are frank and will not try to upsell you unless they can deliver. Glad to have had the chance to talk to them.

I was approached by Jeremy in order to help with a coding project for one of their client’s webpages. I have to say that I had a great time working with Jeremy and Kelvin on this project, they were really nice and helpful even when I couldn’t meet some deadlines due to personal issues. How I crossed paths with the people at Healthmark was quite serendipitious; my boss (I work in an enrichment centre) asked me to google for cheap marketing agencies and I happened to chance upon their site. While I read that they specialized in medical marketing, the whatsapp plugin on their site made it easy for me to access them so I thought, what the heck, I’ll give it a shot. Turns out, I managed to speak directly to the director, Alvin, who was instantly responsive and gregarious even though I was upfront that I wasn’t from any medical entity. He was frank that their prices were definitely going to be out of our price range but that didn’t stop him from enquiring about our company’s situation and seeing how he could help. Turns out, while we couldn’t afford the full marketing package from them, Alvin introduced me to his colleague who handles web design, Kelvin, who was able to provide our company with a website overhaul at a very reasonable price. Turns out that simply by using a more modern theme and putting in certain widgets (Instagram plugin, Whatsapp plugin, etc) we instantly started getting positive feedback from clients entering our site. I definitely had a good experience with Healthmark and would recommend them to anyone seeking real, applicable marketing help.

To be frank, I didn’t expect much from them initially, as they seemed to be a smaller startup type. I was so wrong! These guys know a ton about the industry and their insights about the medical industry were really enlightening. While I didn’t end up going with them for my company’s marketing as they specialize locally while my company primarily operates overseas, we still keep in touch and occasionally meet up for tea just to chat about business and other topics.
