★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a nice and small little building that looks somewhat like a shopping mall, but also has many art spaces and open spaces for artists and people to rent and make use of. I went for the performance art resource orchestrator at this place. Was nice

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alternative coworking and retail space with zazzy neon lights and striking decor. Tenants are strong in what they do eg digital art, crafts, embroidery. Strong maker space and community. Has a full photography studio for models & products. Gallery exhibition studio for the booking too! Not the most accessible however.
