I have seen Dr Chong as my GP since I was a kid and she is no doubt the best GP I have ever had. Very thorough yet friendly, she never fails to hold conversations with us tries to know us on a deeper level, and actually remembers us personally. Having grown up with her as my GP, my family has a lot of trust in her. As there is usually only 1 doctor at one time the waiting time might be long, but it is always a comfortable wait with aircon and TV.

I would give 0 stars if possible. Gave me the wrong course of antibiotics twice, did not indicate anywhere when doctor wasn’t in so made a wasted trip to the clinic, screwed up the tests requested so I had to pay twice and clearly overpriced medication. Spent an inordinate amount of money on this trash clinic. Update: Told to contact them but didn't actually received a proper reply. Instead I found out that the doctor improperly disclosed my medical information to my professor.

Both DR Chong and Chuah are awesome. Seen them since I was young. They are the best GPs we can have. ? Remember the good old days. Haha. Always have nice conversations with us patients.

Queue management is kinda bad here. There's a hotline/call number to make appointment but the line seems to be always engaged. I attempted 9 times to call from 12noon to 2.30pm but it is always engaged/busy. When visiting in person, strangely my queue number get pushed back by call up visitors. Might want to look into the number of attending doctors or handling of appointments, especially call up ones to avoid people waiting overly long just to be disappointed waiting for nothing.

Doctors are good here which is why I made a return visit. However to my horror I found that the 2 girls who run the reception lack any professionalism when it comes to customer service. They don't smile, they speak curtly to patients and there is this one loud irritating friend of theirs who comes in to the clinic intermittently and just interrupts them if they are are dealing with a patient and whats worse is they can just stop dealing with the patient and chit chat with that irritating woman. Wonder if the doctors know what is going on outside. I like DR Tan very much but because of this incident I doubt will be returning. Go Polyclinic better service.

My husband went to the clinic around 10am and has been inforned that he will need to wait until 11.30am. The receptionist was kind enough to inform of the estimated time. However, after waiting for almost 90mins, the doctor told him that they are unable to have so much time for 1 patient! When he try to ask his question, the doctor said: wait, because she is typing. ? Patient come here because they dunno what to do, we need help, then what for we pay so much to see a doctor in a private clinic rather than see doctor at Polyclinic? My advise: if you really need help, do not visit this clinic. Or do not visit when the doctor is DR CHUA LI LI.

Worrying about the rashes on my body that come suddenly, i visited a 24hr clinic during midnight on 16 April, examinated & suspected to be chickenpox, everything was put on hold including my job, it was like a nightmare as i have to isolated myself from others since chickenpox is an infectious disease. Given antibiotic & rashes medicine that lasted till 19 April , condition still persisted, i decided to call on 330 healthway clinic which is nearby to house. This time the doctor also do a detail examination on the rashes and given her experience and knowledges, she told me it was not chickenpox, she instead prescribed me with another two types of tablet for rashes, and within a few days, all the rashes were gone, felt so relieved and impressed by her professionality during consultation & her experiences in diagnosing illness, i really thanks her. Another thing to share with all of the people who read my post, be kind and considering to others, there are many reasons when conflict & unhappiness arise in different situation, however, i believe that everyone is suffering in someway as noone is perfect, but somehow we are always trying to be better person at all times.?

Totally unprofessional. Made next day 11am online appointment to take my booster shot yesterday at 7+pm, turned down by receptionists with the reason “no doctor to provide vaccination today” by the time I arrived. Biggest joke ever that a clinic do not have DOCTOR to service. They can inform earlier yesterday cause their closing time is at 9pm, made my trip wasted. They did called this morning but since the number showed +65 I didn’t pick up. Might as well take themselves down from National Vaccination List since they’re incapable to provide the service. Receptionists are unfriendly, by the way. Blacklist this clinic.
