Friendly neighbourhood salon that is definitely worth the price its charging for. Been going there for years and kept going back even when I moved to another neighbourhood.

Terrible colouring and service rendered by stylist Teresa. Colour faded within a day, stylist did not bother to rectify, gave very poor attitude and ignored all follow ups. Went down to the store and other owners (parents) do not see the need to do any service recovery nor were they empathetic towards the situation. Was told off to go to other salon and quoted the lady boss (mum) "whatever we do, you will not be satisfied." Feel free to go at your own risk.

I have been visiting Theresa for over 2 years and i’ve recommended many friends and family who have also become repeat customers. Been using a conditioner/treatment recommended by Theresa for the past few months and my hair has never been so soft!!!

When I did bleaching for the first time, the colour turn out fine. However after a few days later, the hair colour faded and I asked the hairstylist on the what type of shampoo is suitable for my ash grey hair on the day itself. Hairstylist (Theresa) just told me colour shampoo so I used my own colour shampoo I bought from Beauty Essentials. However she kept recommending me to buy their shampoo, which I do not wish as I know is kinda rip off price. After messaging her to tell her about my issue about the colour faded. She apparently meant that colour shampoo is purple shampoo. I have no words to comment this. I am just a customer, I wouldn't understand their salon terms they tend to use. After weeks of waiting for her reply, she just told me off to go another salon to serve me and I was literally very triggered. What a very bad attitude she has, I have no clue how she really treats her customer when they arise issues. I had no choice but to go down to the salon to confront the lady boss (mum) to refund me since Theresa wasn't at the salon. She refuses and do not wish to help me anything. She just said "Even I redo for you, you won't be satisfied" I had a small debate with the (father) too, and I just clearly told him about Theresa being rude, and he just apologised and suggested the wife to give me their salon purple shampoo and I insisted a refund of at least 50% instead. Turns out not well. A very bad experience, the worse kind I ever seen in my entire life. This happened last year December 2020, but I feel there is a need to share to others to prevent any of you to get cheated. I paid $168 for bleaching and colouring which I already felt is a rip off price at such a neighborhood salon and yet it turns out very ridiculous. Go at your own risk. This salon will really rip off your money.

Was recommended by a friend for bleach and colouring needs. I've been here thrice and haven't looked back since! Theresa is friendly and is open to discussion. Her colours always come out unique. I've had bleached hair for the good part of my adult life and knew that purple shampoo is a must especially in this climate. The purple shampoo sold at the salon is fuss-free, effective and inexpensive compared to name brands.

Visited ST hair for a combination of purple, green and blue underlights. Theresa was incredible - she managed everything from cutting to styling to coloring. Creative colors usually fade very quickly, and after a month (second pic), though it isn't as vibrant as it was when I first stepped out of the salon, its faded so beautifully. Highly recommend :-)
