If it’s not because of covid I would have never visited this clinic but thank you covid for giving such once in a life time experience with this clinic… 18 clinic doc Tan still the best!

Consultation was so quick and all in all, any symptoms = covid related as if there is no other illness. Doctor ALMA didnt even bother to see if its other illness. All the illness to them is covid related. Doc ALMA is extremely unattentive and in a rush; brushing everything off to covid related. Ridiculous way of handling patients. AMAZING!

Requested for Dr Lim to put diagnosis on MC due to company policy. He refused and tell me to see another doctor. Went down to Kwong Wai Shiu which is ALSO Healthway Medical. Dr Andrew don't understand why Dr Lim would not accept my request. Dr Andrew from Kwong Wai Shiu outlet is able to put diagnosis on MC.

My fiancee visited healthway today (8 June 2022) at 1pm. Dr Lim Shu Chuin Shaun attended to her after she waited for 1.5hr. Dr Lim asked my fiancee her reason for the visit and my fiancee replied "menstrual pain". Dr Lim promptly declared that he dont sell mc and ask my fiancee "what's so funny" just because my fiancee greeted him with a smile even though she is in pain since last night. Only after my fiancee start tearing after been treated so poorly that he started the consultation professionally and asked my fiancee the reason for the visit. This is really unprofessional, does healthway doctor make assumptions before they even start the consultation? Dr Lim also did not apologise to my fiancee.

I read all reviews and shocked, not only me felt dissatisfied. I was there on feb08/2022. Everyone came not for free, we pay. But the service really full of sarcastic like some one review. Dr Lim the young guy, maybe he boring to do his job as doctor? His style asking question, his body language, the way his staring to me, really irritated. Were you hating malay? I was waiting 1 hour some more to get my queue number being call. If i not sick what for i came for visit? Waste my money? Can you think that? I will not come again that clinic. That was first and last. And i also will campaign to everyone my friend from Micron company to boycott.

Receptionist was condescending and rude. wearing spectacles and with bangs. was explaining my situation to her & she rudely replied , “WE DON’T SELL MCS”. The whole time she was serving me she was judgemental and was not even pleasant at all. please respect the patients as there is a reason why we would even head down to the clinic in the first place to seek MC due to the fact that we are not feeling well and a medical certificate for exemption is needed. Other than this particular receptionist, the other receptionist was kind and courteous.

Do not deserve any stars. Rude and arrogant female locum doctor. The first question she asked was "TODAY YOU COME FOR WHAT?" Of course I was not feeling well, that's why need to consult a doctor. Please have some bedside manners. But counter staff are pleasant and polite. Came to this clinic as it's under company's panel, otherwise will visit other nearby clinics which has more polite and courteous doctors.

DO NOT COME TO THIS CLINIC!!!! WORST CLINIC EVER!!! Rude and impolite nurse! There are still notice showing “Please respect our staff”. Before you put this on, please review all the reviews here and make sure the nurse is patience enough and respect all the patients. We are the same human being as well okay! There are 4 patients ahead ONLY, also can take 1.5 hours waiting time! After 1 patient come out, need wait at least 10-15 minutes until another patient was called to go in. The doctor (Dr.Shaun Lim) not even see you when you go in, he is seeing his monitor when talking to you as well! Are you talking to your monitor??!! The way you staring at me when I’m telling you my symptoms….that’s really annoying and it gave me an impression that either this doctor thought we are talking nonsense or lie for MC. This doctor did not even check in detail or provide detail knowledge when we ask what is the root cause of the sickness. The doctor end up tell me “DRINK MORE WATER”. Seriously??? Do you need me to record videos for you on how many litres of water I drink daily?? Do you expect us to be very sick or upon recovering a bit from sickness then directly go to clinic? Of course sometime we have to feel better just can go over. But the doctor checked no fever, no sore throat, no flu and tell me NO MC NEEDED…. If not the other clinic nearby (18 CLINIC) is full, I won’t even come over this clinic!!! After I view all the comments, I am wondering how does this clinic still survive for so long with just 2.5 stars rating?!! Seems like review is not being taken seriously. Thank you Dr Shaun! I will definitely boycott this clinic and inform staffs and friends not to visit this clinic!
