β β β β β Went to the clinic near lunch time. Dr is so unprofessional. I am down with vomiting, diarrhea and abdominal pain. Had vomited more than 10 times since dawn. When I went into the consultation room dr only pressed my stomach a few times and asked how many times did I vomited and say that she will give me the medication and should be able to recover within 2 to 3 days. Didn't even bother to check what did I vomit and what trigger these symptoms. Didn't check blood pressure and lungs as well even thou i told her that I am also having a runny nose. Came out of the consultation within 1 min.Probably Dr was being judgemental that people go to their clinic just to take mc as it was a Monday afternoon. It feels like we are just throwing our money out for this clinic.

β β β β β Had some serious infections from insect bites and doctor didnt even bother to take a close look/ check at my legs. He only asked me 1 questions and told me the med that heβll be prescribing me and then he said β get well soonβ . Thatβs all. Went in less than 1 min and itβs very expensive.

β β β β β Have you tried calling them to change appointment date? Tried calling so many times and no one attended to my call.
Are you expecting me to make the trip down just to change my appointment date? You know what. I rather not turn up and go elsewhere. At least they bothered to pick up the phone.
Go put someone on the counter to man the phone.

β β β β β Rude and Useless doctor. Chased my mother out of the consultation room and ask her to tell her conditions to the swabbers instead? Come on whoβs the doctor here? Never seen such an incompetent doctor beforeβ¦. If you all donβt want to serve patients then just bloody close your clinic down, donβt waste people time

β β β β β Waited for 2hour plus almost 3 for a one day mc. Went in to see the doctor for less than 5-10minutes. Would prefer if they actually did appointments or do not accept anymore walk-ins if customers were overwhelming. Didn't even have the courtesy to inform that waiting hours might be 2hours plus long? At least if they informed, could've just went to other clinics instead?

β β β β β Very unprofessional, was having gastric pain, so went to clinic to get a check. Doctor didnβt check anything, just mentioned will give medicine and asked me to rest well. The whole consultant session less than 1 minute!

β β β β β Clinic opens at 830am. DR is not in til 930am. Average wait time a bout 2hr or more. Definitely not a wait time u expect at a private clinic. It doesnt make sense if ur gonna spend less time and money at a polyclinic. No communication from staff that the doctor is not in. Staff is rude. Was the third person to register at the clinic when they open at 830am. Waited an hour but still not seen, so just walked over to the GP clinic next door and was seen right after I registered. Healway Medical is a waste time clinic.

β β β β β Used to go because the female doctor is experience and effective in giving me the correct medication for my illness. But since it has changed to the current male doctor, the medicine given is not helping me at all after 3 days. For a running nose and sore throat, only 1 day mc is given. Doctor just follow protocol to ask me to do swab by professional (stating home ART is not accurate, technique maybe wrong), but the swab technique done by professional is not even deep enough to feel or trigger any tears or sneeze, very shallow swab. Of course, the result is negative.
