I called and went down a couple of times to inquire on the vaccinations and when it will arrive, the counter lady kept asking me to call next monday to check again without providing any information further. She was also eager to end the call on her end after she cannot provide any additional information. NO attempt was made to check on her end with the Dr or any sort. Probably the worst medical staff ever. For sure, I'll not visit this branch.
T	Triena Tan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You will be better off at another clinic. Doctor Lim is okay but counter staff are terrible. I had three different encounters with them for a single test and it was a major turnoff. The first time I came, they forgot to ask me to sign the company insurance form, I had to make a separate trip down to sign it. Then they called me to collect a test result, of which only half of it was ready so I had to make another trip down again when the full results were ready (I give credit to the doc for contacting me via phone for the results given the urgency). When I finally went down to collect the test results, they rummaged through stacks of documents for a good 10 mins as if they were unsure about where things were placed at their clinic. They tend to be rude even without a crowd, all in all very poor customer service.
N	Ng Kai Meng on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just had my 2 shots of Sinopharm here. The doctor is very skilful in injecting. I saw the needle entering my arm and was surprised not to feel a thing. After my second jab and waiting 14 days thereafter, I am fully vaccinated as reflected in my Health hub app. Of course, I paid $99 for the two shots.
D	Darrick Lau on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff with an IQ of a pencil. Information shown as updated and accurate from government website stating this clinic as a test center for pre-flight tests. Arrived and repeatedly refused without any explanation. I think the only words that I was met with were "don't have".
O	Ong Wei Lun on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to the clinic in the evening, counter staff were friendly and Dr Lim Lye Kitt was very helpful. He took his time to explain my condition. Went to another doctor previously which misdiagnosed me and my condition even though I already informed that the pain has persisted for more than a week. Definitely would recommend a visit to this clinic.

I start to wait from 8am and because she never update her info and keep ask me to provide unnecessary document and she refuse my registration.Wasting time to wait and when her collegua told her she should read the email carefully and follow the right way,she not happy and straight away register for 2nd patient.
