โ โ โ โ โ I donโt really understand the bad reviews but for me she was really nice. Explained my problem and made me understand. Even has a small notes book to draw out my problem on my ankle!

โ โ โ โ โ My mother recommended this doctor. Said her medication works for her. I read a comment here about she just replacing medicine and focus on make money. I find she talk down to u and is rather impatient.

โ โ โ โ โ Extremely unprofessional doctor who uses personal phone while during consultation, rolls eyes and speaks in sacarstic tone when we asked about other health screening packages options beyond those offered by the clinic, and even suggests none of any government health screening packages are comprehensive enough to diagnose what is wrong with my mumโs health. Mercenary to the point of disgust, avoid if you belong to the middle class who just wants professional medical advice for an ailing old mother suffering from a barrage of medical conditions lately. Avoid at all costs.

โ โ โ โ โ Terrible and unprofessional doctor. No empathy for sick patients and only see us as cash cows. Made very sarcastic and condescending remarks and her charges were way higher than all the doctors around the Holland Drive area.
Her staff are equally stingy, cold and rude with no regards for patients well being.
Won't ever go back even if that's the only clinic at Holland Drive, I'd rather drive to Clementi to see a doctor or pay much more to see a doctor at Holland Village. With lousy service they won't last long and will shut down for sure

โ โ โ โ โ This clinic was recommended by my sister. Very friendly and unhurried. She took the time to build rapport. Counter staff were patient with us during the check in process. Those 1-star reviews are unwarranted. It seems like lots of elderly folks visit this clinic. Will definitely be my go to clinic from now.

โ โ โ โ โ As a healthcare professional, myself, I can tell you that this doctor has no regard for patient's opinion. She even questions your narrative about your symptoms. A symptom is something only the patient can feel and perceive. As a physician, it's unethical and unprofessional to dismiss the patientโs feeling. If I score my pain 8 out 10, you are in no position to argue with that. I am the one who feel the pain, not you. ?
She also talks like she is scolding her children.
