With the on-going pandemic and being a student, I was running out of finances and at the same time I have been struggling with anxiety for the past two months. But with the help of Mr Melvin's therapy and free counselling sessions, my anxiety has reduced to a great extent. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The counselor, Mr Melvin, is mindful of the current pandemic situation and has various commodities for his clients.
In my personal experience, we started the sessions with a particular topic in mind, but he realized that I was dealing with quite a lot of problems. Mr Melvin planned out the next few sessions in an efficient and personally tailored manner. He helped me gain clarity on many issues that would have otherwise been detrimental for my mental health.
Healthy Mind is a great place for young people to talk about their feelings and mental health. Especially recommended for those with south-asian backgrounds :)

More importantly, he validates my emotions and really listens to what I have got to say. He is also always quick to classify the different issues and gives me a more lighthearted view on life. Super thankful to have sessions here! :)
