★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The atmosphere of the clinic is very cozy. The staffs are also nice and friendly, both during our phone conversation and in assisting me during my first appointment. I've had two sessions now with Dr John and although I am not yet fully recovered, I can say that Dr John has helped me a lot. He is very attentive to your concerns, and will propose solutions and therapies that you are only comfortable in doing. He is very caring and very helpful, and always tries to understand what your problems are. Will definitely recommend this clinic to anyone suffering from any mental illness.

I feel safe and secure whenever I am in Dr Sue Ann's office; knowing that I am in good hands whilst working through my issues and towards self empowerment and actualisation.

The nurses, receptionists, Dr. John Bosco Lee and Dr. Sue Ann Numela were highly empathetic to my predicament. They are all very professional and keep high standards. Even when I did not make an appointment, they still read my emails and responded very quickly, so you are in good hands at Adelphi Psych. They save lives and genuinely want to help people. Dr. John is extremely kind and provided high standards of mental health care. All the therapy I had with him was worth it.

She always spends extra time listening and offering advice even when my time is up. I am grateful for and appreciative of her kindness. She is very professional and teaches useful skills and strategies to cope with my issues. Although my recovery is not complete, I trust Dr Sue Ann is the best person to help me continue my journey to better mental health.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been seeking treatment through Sue Anne over the past few months. She is empathetic and sincere, and was able to provide a safe, non-judgemental space. She has helped me work through issues that have been affecting me for years, employing methods and providing me with the tools to heal and cope, which has improved my quality of life greatly.
The clinic is conveniently located in the town district, and is easily accessible via MRT. The overall atmosphere in the clinic is cozy and welcoming.
Overall, I have benefitted from my sessions with Sue Anne greatly, I truly believe that everyone can stand to benefit from therapy (provided that you are willing to put the work behind it and make the necessary changes). A big thank you to Sue Anne!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr John. The way he talks is so comforting. And he made me feel comfortable and he really listens to your issues and problems. He also knew exactly what i was feeling without even me saying it. He could also tell what i lacked in my life and what i really needed. He is really good at what he does. He is not the typical psychiatrist. He also comforts you and encourages you. This clinic is more expensive than IMH. The IMH reviews scared me that's why i came here and would rather pay more for better treatment. Didn't regret my choice. Worth every penny.

She’s patient, takes time to listen to my problem and frustration. She’s sincere & respectful, allow me to share every little feeling comfortably. She’s professional, give me consultation and treatment to cure my anxiety depress. She’s inspiring, coaching me for my personality defects. The coaching allow me to understand more of myself, both strength and weakness. She brought me back on track and improved my quality of life.
I wholeheartedly recommend Dr Shirley, I believe that everyone can benefit from her therapy (or coaching) for better mental health or becoming a better oneself.
