自己平时坐姿不好也经常做gym,颈肩背经常紧绷、疼,近年还经常性头痛。经人介绍来找老中医调下。老中医平时只看认识的病人介绍的,新病人来看要有心里准备,因为整的真的会很痛,可是就会好。 这位老中医用他自己体力和准确的按穴,一下手我就直接冒汗,再推拉按几下我气马上顺了。实际多痛看你个人忍痛度哈哈哈! 在求解颈肩背问题上,我有试过Thai, Balinese, Chinese, Japanese, Korean massage/ deep tissue massage/ sports massage/ physiotherapy/ chiropractor。老中医调理像是骨+muscle的调理,效果类似做physio。只是physio多是用仪器,懂的therapist会找到muscle points可以马上缓解,遇到不懂的就当做了massage。 有类似问题的朋友可以试看physio和中医。当然调理后长期还是要靠自己维持好的坐姿体态。痛了几次我都不太敢胡乱坐和拿weight了!

Traditional Chinese medicine conditioning is like bone + muscle conditioning, and the effect is similar to physio. It's just that physio mostly uses instruments. The therapist who understands will find the muscle points to relieve it immediately, and if he doesn't understand it, he will treat it as massage. Friends with similar problems can try physio and Chinese medicine. Of course, you still have to rely on yourself to maintain a good sitting posture for a long time after conditioning. I don’t dare to sit and take weight after a few pains!
