โ โ โ โ โ Clean room. Good AC. Hot water and wifi is also good. Staff gave us a balcony on request. Much nicer than I expected for the price in SG

โ โ โ โ โ Close to public transport. You can easily hear people talking on the corridor. For Singapore you get value for your money. Get some ear plugs if you can't sleep with disturbance.

One of the best Residence.. in Gyelang area..
Rooms are quite big comparing to hotels in ths area... the owner Elvin he's good n friendly person..
Ths place has balcony for the view .. its also easy to go bus stop or mrt station...

โ โ โ โ โ We've had plenty cheaper stays in Singapore and this one despite being more expensive, was the worst one. Plenty of ants in the room, few of them carrying a leg of cockroach through the room. After asking staff to replace the room, they mocked us and suggested to do that on the next day (we just stayed for one night lol). In the end the cleaning lady (which spoke better English than the receptionist) got us different room. New room smelled like cigarettes, but at least was cleaner..

โ โ โ โ โ I think this might be a dodgy hotel to take 'ladies of the night'. It's absolutely gross in the rooms, filthy walls, no quilt on the bed- just a mangy, old, chewed dog- blanket. Bathroom was recently renovated. Sooooo noisy with doors slamming, people yelling, all night and early morning. There is a secret entrance for dodgy deeds and at first I thought babies and cats were crying or fighting all night but it wasn't that!!!! IT WASN'T THAT!! ? I didn't sleep all night and was left very shaken. DO NOT STAY HERE. Especially female travellers. There are people selling drugs out on the streets out the front. (Lots of people, every corner of the streets)

โ โ โ โ โ Clean, roomy. Functionalities are equivalent to each other. The brain is intimidating not to use the rooms every day and to change the towels. The bathroom is very handy. Our room for the Singaporean landscape is very quiet and open windows.

โ โ โ โ โ Worth for the price. Got all the basic needs such as air conditioning, hot shower, privacy and good cleaning service. However, the provision of toilereies will not occur everyday and the bathroom sink tap does not have hot water. The view of the surrounding areas are superb. As a whole, this is a very good deal for the price you pay.
