★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff mentioned 50% off on name customised necklace a few days ago. Upon contacting customer service to see if the promo is still up, their response was just to visit the store. When i travelled down to their store, they mentioned there was no more promo. Wasted my time, exceptionally poor attitude from the customer service. Had they mentioned the promo wasn’t available anymore upon asking, we will not make the wasted trip down.
