Reach clinic for Sash (as on the Flugowhere sites) and saw a large poster that FSS was $10. However, this is actually a rip off and was told that there was no physical Dr on-site, had to pay additional $12 for teleonsult, so they *double charged to total $22! To add to the insult, clinic assistant demanded that we have to take medications, (even though we has informed them upfront that medications were not required). Am disappointed in the lack of integrity...

Went there this morning for my C-19 PreDeparture Test at appointed time. There was a queue already at the Clinic reception . There were patients for general and some for PDT. The Reception Staff, Ms Khay was only one in attendance along with a young doctor. Ms Khay was efficient, polite and even helpful in answering queries despite the queue . A good staff resource for Heartland Health. Doc on duty was calm and efficient to administer the nasal swab .

Went to do Pre-departure test (ART) for whole family (4 pax) as we are going to Malaysia the next day. I went 2 days prior to departure and was advised to come back the next day since ART is only valid for 24hrs. I appreciate the advice. The next day I went to do it around 10am. There was a mistake in my daughter's test report as her passport number was entered wrongly (with 1 additional number in between). Although it was also my mistake partially for not checking it properly when the clinical assistant printed out a draft and asked me to check on the sport for all 4 copies, I would like to let you know that the draft printouts given to me to check was printed with small fonts and the ink was so faded that I could barely read it correctly, and thus missed to identify the error. I only realised it after I went back home and wanted to submit the test report for pre-departure requirements. I then went back to the clinic about 15mins later and the clinic assistant told me there was nothing she can do to update it. She then left me idling there for quite sometimes while she handled other patients until I asked her if my daughter needs to redo the ART and she said yes. I left the clinic and went to another clinic to redo the ART for my daughter. She then called me 2hrs later and informed me that she can update the wrong passport number now. She also told me that she over-charged me wrongly and asking me to go back so that she can refund me the money. I was so disappointed. Besides, she does not know about the process of submitting the test reports to Notorise to digitally authenticate and endorse the test report so that it can be recognized by the authority, unlike other clinic which they know it straight away when I tell them. Apparently your clinic is overwhelmed with only 1 clinic assistant at the front desk when he/she has to deal with so many patients from time to time. She looked very busy and tired as she had to do everything on her own while patients keep coming. The other clinic that I went to redo the ART had more patients and was more efficient and streamline in handling this. I suggest you to review your current workflow/resources and also streamline the process.

Visited the clinic and waited for two hours as the doctor skipped my turn and forgotten my number. Hygiene of this clinic is also questionable as the doctor placed used ART kits (both used positive and negative kits) on the table openly.

First time I went here was for a Covid swab test and in spite of all the chaos the nurse at reception and doctor were both perfectly pleasant. Seems like a place where they actually care (and good caring doctors are hard to find these days). Was a little worried when I saw the online ratings but all was good there. If I ever had to see a doctor (hope I don’t) I’d come back

My favourite clinic! The nurses and Dr are very helpful and clear. No frills and so grateful that I finally found a great clinic in the area after shifting into the area after 3 years!

Terrible experience with the male doctor. Had to do a PCR test, as ordered by another clinic on CNY eve. Heartland health was the only clinic in the vicinity still opened n I queued very long to finally reach my turn. When I saw the male doctor, he immediately disputed the other clinic's decision on a PCR test without caring to listen much about my condition. He was very adamant about his decision, claiming that the other clinic must have misread the protocol advise from MOH n said I only need ART. He LOUDLY claims that their clinic would have to bear the cost of the PCR if MOH were to question why I did a PCR. He flatly told me to wait outside while they try to contact the other clinic. The other clinic was unreachable n this doc insisted on only doing ART for me. The attitude of the doctor was very harsh n did not care much about listening to me who was feeling really sick, coughing like a mad dog. DO NOT GO TO HEARTLAND HEALTH AT REDHILL IF YOU HV A CHOICE.

My mum is covid positive and is above 70. The nurse at the counter didn't want to register her. Although my mum has no symptoms, she is above 70 and she should register my mum. In the end, my mum doesn't get to see the doctor and nothing was accessed by the doctor. What is the procedure as of 9/3/22?
