★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know whether I can give less than one star in rating this agency.... Very bad.... Very bad service....
I have my bitter most experience with my family.... Very arrogant director or owner of the firm.... Not at all professional.... I had visited Singapore in last week of June....
The partner/director of the firm hhad misbehaved and even questioned my integrity and credibility.... I had only made a mistake in choosing this travel agency through my friend in Kerala.... That's the level of customer service ....
I won't suggest this travel agency to anybody....

Excellet rooms and food they are provided
Friendly staffs, driver ,guide, The man behind this Mr.Bijoy is very helpfull and humble.
Will definitely refer to know ones ☺️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional guides. Specialy mr benoy . They will not used to tell u pick up place and drop properly and also will not pick ur call when needed. Very rude behaviour with guests . Did not knw how to talk with even ladies. very bad guide. Not have proper knowledge abt places in singapore.Ruined our whole day at santosa island. They can easily ruin your whole trip with their unprofessional service . Not recommended for any one. No availablity of 0 star rating so 1 star

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely unprofessionally experience. I would never recommend this place to anyone. They did not do any homework abt the places we were taken to and hence did not know the timings. Most exciting place of our visit was the universal studio . Thankx to the tour guide's lack of knowledge of the studio timings we had to return by 5. But the studio was open till 9 :( .overall we felt extremely hassled by the whole way we were treated. For the five days we wer in Singapore they did charge us quite a lot . Which we wouldn't have had a problem with, if the experience was good .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am working in UAE, but i ve a travel agency in Kerala Cochin....i had done many a few internation groups to Singapore and Malaysia...but this is the first time which i had done with Heavenly Tours. The service is so excellent,the company person Mr. Binoy from Singapore had made me happy more than I expected...and i can assurely say that this is one of the best DMC for Singapore and Malaysia...in cost wise and also best service...definitely i wll refer to my agency friends

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently I have booked a holiday package through Heavenly Tours to Malaysia & Singapore. We have really enjoyed the trip and all the arrangements were done perfectly by Heavenly Tours. Their drivers & guides were very friendly and they have provided a private van exclusively for our family even though we have booked the tours on seat in coach basis.
