★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came at 8.40am on Sunday morning, had the feeling the two ladies there did not want to work or were unhappy that they had to serve their first customer of the day. Had to try to attract their attention multiple times before they even responded to us. FYI the place was empty - it was dead quiet and very obvious that we just walked in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad customer service please educate your both staff they are both aunties from millenia walk heavenly Wang. At 1130am I bought a packet of rendang rice as per your staff she say it's not spicy. She refuse to give gravy as I request for more gravy. She just gave me 2 scoop. I told her I don't want egg she insist. She gave only 1 dumplet n 1 egg, the food is NOT FRESH at ALL! I will make a huge compliant on ON THIS!!!!! If anything happen!!!!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is really slow..... and I suspect its because the staff is made to use this automated kopi machine (never see before) ... even for preparing food, the production line or steps they have to follow makes preparing food so slow. I think management should really come down and observe the morning rush hour here and they will understand. Millenia Walk is mostly office crowd... pls help yr staff make the system better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time i had such bad experience at a wang cafe outlet. The aunty serving yesterday morning was super unfriendly. Asked for less sweet kopi, it was still super sweet. Then we asked for more coffee to dilute the sweetness, glared at us. Took a long time to serve the toast. Went to ask politely if the toast is donr. She just glared without saying anything, as if she was upset at us chasing her. First and last time to buy anything from this branch. We felt we had a duty to let the mgt know why sales had not been brisk in this outlet. She literally chases customers away

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I loveee the aesthetics of this place! I think it's the newest outlet in Singapore. Everything is so fresh, new and Instagram worthy. Definitely a great spot to wind down and take a break after spending the whole day shopping around the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First meal of 2022!!! That curry chicken plata were so delicious and had me finished the whole bowl. Spicy level is moderate. The curry quite creamy not diluted and flavourful. First time having a crispy plata not sure if they baked it ?. The chicken thigh is soft and tender and big. I like it.
