β β β β β Had an issue with my QC 25 , was attended by a very helpful staff at the Atlas service centre . The set was within warranty had it replaced immediately . Great customer service

β β β β β Contrary to what other customers had experienced, I came here to change my ear pads and was told that there was an extra 15 dollar surcharge just to put them in. I had trouble putting them in and was offered some help but the salesperson did not put them in for me, when it could have just taken 30 seconds for him. I struggled for about 15 minutes, didnβt get all of the corners in and gave up.
Not to mention that I specially came here because I wanted good service and a real product. It was 60 bucks. A mistake made and I should really look to buying online next time.
After these ear pads wear out, Iβm definitely considering another brand.

The staff member Kelvin has no ability to answer even the most basic problem. They maintain no stock and they bluntly couldnt care less. Dont bother asking to speak to a manager as like stock, they dont have that either

β β β β β Bose used to have excellent service people. Unfortunately, just like the quality of the Bose equipment, the service of the staff has deteriorated throughout the years. I went to ask to service my BOSE wave (which was not working in just less than 2 years) , I was conveniently asked to send it to another outlet.

β β β β β The shop is small and has messy arrangement of equipment. They have a limited selection of speakers from Kef and only LS50 is available. If someone needs a proper demo of the other range of Kef offerings, you will need to book a demo at their Harper Road showroom which is inaccessible and inconvenient. They should close this shop since it does not serve its purpose. What is the point when the customer has limited options and can't have a proper demo due to space constraints? Very bad representation of their house brands of Kef and Accuphase.
