Bad service experience. Staff express no interest to assist and poor product knowledge.

Once they receive your money, there is no service anymore.

Recliner sofa about 10 months old. Discolouration to leather on back of sofa. Not exposed to sun. Sales staff unhelpful when contacted, saying it’s like that one, not covered by warranty. DO NOT PURCHASE THEIR STUFF.

Terrible service, arrange for delivery between 10am to 2pm, but delivery man called at nearly to say he can only arrive at 4pm and there was no guarantee he world be able to arrive at 4pm. When I called their office, the operator who received the call did not even sound apologetic, citing too many deliveries etc and that it was not their fault for late delivery but that sales did not coordinate. I doubt if I will ever purchase from hecom any products in future

Helpful staff and affordable prices for bed frames. I've used mattresses especially the hard orthopaedic ones from them for decades and still haven't found any other brand with similar quality at similar price point.

I share the same experience with another user above. I bought a mattress 3 weeks ago from their Parkway Parade branch and they checked and said they would deliver today 14 June at 10am-2pm. I took half day leave to wait for the delivery. Waited until 1:50pm and still nothing. Called the number on the invoice and the lady answering the call could not speak English. So I use Mandarin to check my delivery and she said she would get the delivery man to call me. Waited until 2pm and no one called. Spoke to the lady again that I needed to go to work soon and she replied had already contacted the delivery man to call me. Not her fault if the man did not call me. Not even a little bit apologetic and told me to call the delivery man myself if I dont believe her. Gave me the number. I called and a man answered but said he was NOT the delivery man. He said he only assigned jobs out and said too many jobs for the day and dont know when the delivery can be made. He would call the actual delivery man to call me. After a while, the delivery man called and said he could only deliver at 4pm. Will see if he can really arrive at 4pm. But my half day leave is totally wasted. The appointment was fixed 3 weeks ago and still cannot adhere to the timing. Really poor service.

Seahorse DID NOT DELIVER AS PROMISED. Upon purchasing their bedframe, we were told that delivery can be made only after 3 weeks (timing is 3-7pm). My wife applied for leave, as the delivery is on a week day. One day prior to the delivery, a chinese speaking lady ( sounds like a PRC) called me to inform that they have to "push" our delivery another week as they had taken "too many order" and unable to fulfill our delivery date. By then we had already dispose our old bedframe to make way for the new one. When we informed them that we had taken leave just for the delivery, they re-negotiated and inform us that they are able to deliver on the same day, but, later in the evening. We were told that they will call us 1 hour prior delivery. We waited till 11pm and still no call, hence no delivery made. When we call them the next day asking for an explanation, the same PRC lady said that they are unable to send as we are not scheduled for delivery. This so unacceptable and they being dishonest and we felt cheated for being their supporter all these years.
