We bought a Chinese new year flower set. It's not a lot, but Jennifer served my family patiently for some 1 hour! Such service culture should be encouraged to many a seller, as its so rare. I was served like a queen and i did be back. (^∇^) Thnx!

**Thank you for assisting with my replacement of the diffuser. Special thanks to John for going out of the way to assist with replacement. It works better now. Best regards Priscilla Bought oil diffusers and essential oil middle of the year at their causeway point. When comes to selling, they are very enthusiastic but their after sales is far below satisfactory. Reason is, their receipt states 7 days warranty from manufacturers defect but the actuality is, diffusers should be easy to remove and refill. Nowhere in their product does it say must drop only 3 drops and which I did dutifully but the lid got stuck and I brought it back at least 5x to get it checked or replaced. Though they did try to remove, the lid is not easy to remove. I asked for an exchange and they refused saying company policy. The invoice only covers manufacturers defect which normally all of us will check upon purchase but after use, how will we know it's tough to remove. The sales people can tell me that it depends on the number of drops being infused ...my point is, I did use no. Of drops as told but I had the problem. Regardless, these are diffusers that are supposed to withstand for the specific use but in truth not the reality. Since my experience was bad with them, I will not recommend based on their after sales service. Don't forget their items are not cheap. This is of course unfortunately based on my bad customer experience.

I've been a member of Madera De Mango since I moved to Woodlands almost 8 years ago. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Their willingness to advise and share information show their extensive knowledge in the products they carry. Even during the peak of Covid 19 pandemic, they were in smiling all the time and in good spirits. It's always a joy to be around them and I always make a point to drop by to say hello.

This store is good. The staff is very friendly. I just bought a reeds diffuser Thailand brand. No alcohol and all natural. Sure will come back here again to buy more items especially the flowers as its very unique and quality is good. Highly recommended this store for home decors and aromatherapy.?

Bought a flower vase from Madera Woodlands on 27/03/21 . The salesperson , a guy , was really kind and helpful . I was unsure which Vase to buy and keep making him move vases to different areas of the store to see how it looks and yet not once did he show any sign of irritation. The salesperson also gave me suggestions on which one to buy and how I should maintain the vase . Was really pleased with the kindness of the salesperson and was convinced to buy a vase . I really recommend going to this store for Vase , flowers and aromatic scent purchase . Not only do they have a wide variety of them , they also have excellent services which will make you satisfied with your purchase.

Store assistant was super super nice and helpful to help me pick the one with in good Shape. Their artificial plant are so unique and classy and very reasonably priced. Definitely coming back for more even though it’s all the way on the north.

I bought a preserved rose that can last up to 2 years. Staff were also really helpful in helping me prepare a birthday gift for my girlfriend. Staff went above and beyond in suggesting many gift ideas. They packed my gift using rose petals and sprinkle rose aromatic which smells lovely. The gift that they wrapped for me looked so beautiful and romantic that my girlfriend love it! The service over there is incredible and I highly suggest you should drop by if you have any dilemma on gifting ideas. They'll help you for free too!
