They also provide key duplicating services - My key was duplicated on the spot and it worked perfectly fine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointed and regret to sent my shoes to this shop for stitching. Price is slightly higher is fine, but how can they just do a false (cosmetic) stitching (Not functional stitch)?
I got back my shoes yesterday 23 Feb 2022 and haven't wear the shoes yet, when I look carefully today found that the stitch is loose, the stitching is uneven, and damaged my shoes with many holes at the sole. with this kind of quality still took 3 DAYS to complete.
I have no idea how they run their business with such skill and cheating their customer.
If you can't do it please be frank to your customer and don't accept the job that you can't handle.
Pay higher price with longer waiting time, in the end get back a damaged shoes with false (cosmetic) stitching.
I will be appreciate if you tell me in advance that you damaged my shoes but not just quietly hand it over to your customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's easy to forget that fixing one's soles and shoes ? ? is very much a craft, and Ben here takes care to advise his customers on what the best option is, which is not just worth his while of effort and time, but the price to pay. I got my trail running shoes fixed and he sewed the sole as well and actually looks great but feels better when worn. Highly recommend him to anyone looking for such services. His workshop is adjacent to the Toa Payoh Branch library, somewhat opposite the fruit store located just at the back of the library building.
