This was the worst experience I ever had in Singapore's clinic. One of my sister had an appointment yesterday by 4.15pm for consultation with Dr. Kannika. We went on time there and they took almost 30mins. for registration process alone (with bundle of papers). She said there were hardly 1 or 2 people sitting inside to go in the doctor room (since I was not allowed inside due to COVID-19 precautions to restrict no. of ppl). All they told her to wait, wait and wait for some time.! They told her to wear gown for scanning and she was laying on the bed for almost an hour waiting for the doctor/nurse. So irresponsible people who works there. It took more than 3.5 hours to come out of this clinic which was really terrible to wait outside the clinic sitting on the chair. There is no respect for 'appointment' time in this clinic and they won't even bother about our time too. In fact we took appointment a week ago in order to avoid if there any slot clashes. I should have read the reviews before I go there. It was my fault though. So, I hardly do not recommend anybody to go to this clinic. Please look for any other better clinics for consultation.

Nothing special about the clinic, and the doctor or staff working there. Waiting time is very long even with appointments. So whats the use for making an appointment. I expected alot from doctor kanika, but she was just rude and straight to the point. Would never go back again or recommend to other people.

Would give negative rating if possible. But the app does not allow so. Waiting time was 2 hours despite making an appointment. Despite making an appointment, everyone else was served first (so no point making appointment). Appt was at 3.45. doctor only called in at 5.45. saw doc for only 10 mins. Got medication only at 6.30. and this was despite telling them that we were in a rush due to a prior pre engaged activity. ....took 30 mins to give out medicine. Because receptionist kept engaging in own conversation. Doctor was rough when it came to doing the ultrasonic scan as well.

Nurses are lovely but the consultations was always very rushed. Gave Dr Kanika about 2 to 3 visit chances and was always left disappointed. Back in 2019 during the scans I noticed PCOS symptoms but was never diagnosed. Come 2021, I visited another gynae and was immediately diagnosed and put on a recovery journey. Comparing my 2019 scan and 2021 scans, the "black holes" in my ovaries have DOUBLED. My concerns back in 2019 were shrugged off as "something I don't have to worry". Neglected and disappointed.

I consulted Dr.Kannika untill 5 months of my pregnancy & moved to India for delivery. I changed 2 doctors here in India & still not satisfied with the current doctor I'm consulting as none are as detail oriented as Dr.Kannika. I still regret the decision of moving to India so early. Dr Kannika always explained each & every question in detail & had guided me very well throughout. True that waiting time is more but she will not compromise or hurry up in attending each patient even though there are many patients waiting outside. After waiting so long & meeting doctor definitely we we walk out with utmost satisfaction Clinic staffs are quite messy at times.Think they can be more proactive & attentive.

Iam so thankful to have found Dr Kanika. She was recommended to me by my friend. She is extremely good and straight to point and explains well if you have any questions . Having her was the biggest strength for me to have delivered baby during the COVID times. Waiting time is longer because she has a lot of patients and it’s a clinic and Doc has to be off on emergencies and appointments Need to be cancelled and that might create backlogs . I feel front office staff should be proactive in managing these in informing the patients - an area of improvement . But all these factors wouldn’t stop me from going to Dr Kanika and would highly recommend her for she is super good and pro normal delivery .

My experience with Dr. Kanika and her team was amazing. Waiting time might be slightly longer - but that is already displayed when you go in. So we are pre-informed on that. To tell about the service that I got from Dr. Kanika and her team of nurses- it was exemplary. To add on to that they have shown only kindness and compassion towards me. I feel like going home (clinic). I would recommend anyone who needs help on their gynae issues, to my Dr. Kanika and team for them to experience the same way we all experience. Dr Kanika is simply amazing and gives detailed explanation.The nurses are all super friendly,especially Hazel.She makes our visit to the clinic always memorable and happy!!!Thank you so much?
