★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a crystal banana clip and was reassured by 2 sales ladies that it the clip will be sufficient for my hair. After using for less than 2 weeks, it broke. Went to the branch to ask for a repair. The salesperson said usually such broken clip they would not be able to repair but she still send for repair anyway. It has been more than 3 weeks and yet I have not receive any calls from them. Such poor quality workmanship yet charge such exorbitant price for their "korean" hair accessories.
