β β β β β Got the S20 cover in Aug 2020 with 1 year warranty to replace the screen protect any point of time, any number of time. This is most expensive and the staff vouched for this model.
After 2 months of normal usage , there are multiple cracks. I went to replace and staff was very rude in response and now informed me that they can replace only 1 time and after that no warranty. Means the replaced one have no guarantee and we can get the quality of the product they vouched for 2 months back.
I felt offended by the rude way staff responded when I went to check about warranty and show them the status of the phone in 2 months.
Again staff was harsh when my 3 year old touched the hanging mobile back cover.
My first and last experience with "The Digital Gadget" shop. ?
