Hello, Bicycle! Showroom Bugis

It’s a nice shop with good equipment but it took them 3 approaches to mount baby sit to my bike lol. I even had to leave bike overnight and came the next day, but there were still some unresolved issues with the front fender which they didn’t realise. Eventually the mechanic fixed it in a couple of minutes but I wasted really a lot of time going there and back 3 times... It looked to me like they hoped I wouldn’t mind that my bike was as loud as an airplane and don’t come back to fix it. Nevertheless they managed so after all everything went fine.

I would have given 0 star if it's possible. Workmanship is bad, expect people to accept what they deliver. If you really want to buy their NEW bike, better to ask specifically for a new piece to be covered and protected during the delivery to prevent it from ending up like this. -Poor and dishonest communication.

Great quality bicycles and professional services! I’m using their bicycle for a few weeks by now, and very happy. Comfortable and nice ride. My bike even gets compliments on the streets (: Their staff is always happy to help and educate on how to choose and maintain their product. Due to Covid the number of people at the shop is limited but they manage to take care even of the customers waiting outside in the line (:

I regularly stroll by the store while travelling to work, often drooling over the bikes on display but never had time to check it out. Finally, I took some time out to visit and this store sells you a lifestyle and boy I was sold. The staff is quite willing to share as I made several inquiries about different products but they also knew how to give space for shoppers to actually do their shopping. When I was ready, a skinny Caucasian staff tended to me. He was cool and knowledgeable as he gave practical recommendations on what's necessary to get and what's not. I'm the kind to do my due diligence before buying certain products but he reassured that I can leave some of the accessories out of my purchase this time as I am over-accessorizing for the level of cycling I was about to do. Of course, he told me to return if I needed them after a few rides. I was quite shocked at the gesture (cause who wouldn't want more commission??) but I definitely appreciate it a few months down the road because I actually didn't need those extra "wants". Nonetheless, I do realize the offerings in the store is quite premium so it's only natural to be matched with excellent customer support. I decided to take time to share my experience and reassure others planning to visit for the first time, I believe having mutual respect and courtesy would determine you getting a 5 star service or a 1 star one so YOU decide. As you can see, I'm very satisfied and being a decent customer ain't so hard after all. I noticed that there are a few negative reviews that are quite the opposite of mine but if anyone disagree with mine, there's always Decathlon or Taobao or SGbike. Ciao Bella.

I just got a used bike and needed to fix some issues and get some accessories. Choon Le was extremely helpful and patient in guiding me pick the right accessories. He went beyond his call of duty, rendering additional assistance and fixing issues even after work hours. His high level of service stood out and made my experience at Hello, Bicycle! exceptionally wonderful! Thank you!

Recently, I bought a foldable bike for my daughter. The first time I visited the shop, although I didn’t buy as I wasn’t ready to buy yet, the friendly staff treated me with enthusiasm and professionalism. The second time I visited the shop, different friendly staff again treated me with much professionalism and enthusiasm. This, coupled with the reasonable bicycle price, has provided me a very positive shopping experience. I recommend this shop.

Highly recommended! Hafiz is super knowledgeable and helpful. As I am pretty clueless with bicycle maintenance, Hafiz took the time and effort to explain and guide me through the process of using the products which I'm interested in (crankalicious chain cleaner).

Great and helpful staff here. Small shop, but good selection of safety equipment, lots of high quality helmets for adults and kids. Also super helpful people when it comes to repairs and servicing. Everyone that works there knows their stuff and is willing to help. Will be my go-to-place for any bike-related purchases.
