Friendly and cheerful environment. Always helpful! Staff are always willing to help you out. Gives good advice and not forceful on any sales. Not my first time visiting, bought a Lake CX238-X from their store before as well. Definitely one of the best lbs right here and will be back for more!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to bike settlement to buy bicycle helmets for my family.
Was served by a patient staff (forgot to ask for his name) at the helmet section.
The staff explained the differences between the different types of helmets which was really helpful.
The only unfortunate thing is a number of helmets were sold out. But thankfully, we still managed to find 3 helmets that we like & suited us.
This is my 1st visit to bike settlement and it has certainly left my family with a good & pleasant experience.

Kelvin was very kind to update me on his garmin edge stocks availability and even went the extra mile to rush the items to be delivered to the store as there was no stock. In addition, he was very meticulous and shared tips when I was purchasing the LED light and the mount etc. Excellent service bro, will definitely come back to patronise the store!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited to purchase my first road cycling shoe and was attended by Mr Fahan, he was very patience throughout the session by guiding and introducing the various types of shoes model at different price point. Measured my feet size and perform basic analysis of the shape.
After trying a few models, decided to go for Shimano due to the price point although the comfort for Lake are incredible.
He even offered to install the cleats after confirming it and before any payment!! This value added service are tough to find elsewhere!!
Can't wait to test it out and hit on the road with this purchase.
Definitely worth the visit and will come back for the Lake when I am ready to get second pair.
Kudos to The Bike Settlement team!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome bike store, packed with all the latest awesome bike accessories, very reasonable pricing, very attentive and knowledgeable sales stuffs. Sales person provide ideas, suggestion and shared knowledges on how to improve the overall quality of rides. Definitely coming back for more!! Ps: you don't get sales staff that help you adjust your newly purchase helmet.

So called to check if I can send my bike to the shop for installation and was delighted to have a positive answer.
