Professional and fast service. Managed to deliver proposal as planned despite giving such a short notice. Thanks Jona and team for taking the extra mile to site visit prior to ensure things go smoothly on the actual day! Giving suggestions and personal opinions on alternatives if weather turns bad. Jona and team are incredible! I had a positive experience right from the start: - Jona was very quick to get back to me after dropping my contact on her website. She called me personally instead of sending a generic email response like other vendors did. - She was clear in her instructions to how to help her create the moodboard and was transparent in the costs, if it required additional fees, she was direct and did not try to hide any costs. I was free to accept or reject the additional items without any worries. - She was very receptive to ideas and managed to blend in elements of what I envisioned into the final product, bringing out more than I expected on the actual day. - Discussion on the concept and ideas were easy as she had a lot of experience on how to set up the place. - Expect her to give you more than 100% as she even made time to call after handling her other projects at 11.30pm. She was busy but she also took the effort to drop updates on her progress to conceptualise the moodboard. - Communication with her was easy and you will know exactly what to look out for and what information you need to provide her for the best possible experience. - She was also flexible and able to quickly come up with back-up concept in case of wet weather (my proposal location was outdoors). - She was also able to recommend a good photographer to capture the proposal and made the arrangements on my behalf to engage the photographer. - On the actual day, Jona and team was punctual and was able to keep closely to the planned schedule for the proposal. It went perfectly well, from the timing, communications, set up, photography, tear down etc. Trust Jona and her team to bring out the proposal that you didn’t imagine. She will definitely create a proposal that you will not forget!

Delivery was within the time range I requested. Beautiful balloons for special occasions, love it! Except that there’s one letter foil that was torn, but seller was willing to come and deliver a new set or refund. Definitely will come back for if I need balloons for any occassions!

Hello Joi was truly amazing . They help to set up my birthday party during the pandemic which enables me to spread joy and love with my friends and family. I love the teepee tent especially. It gives off camping vibe and was the best spot to have photos taken as though you are in a studio too. Really recommend Hello Joi if you are looking for a event set up, they got you covered! It was a pleasant experience with Hello Joi. Ordered the balloons pretty last minute and it was for a wedding event that was gonna happen in 3-4 days time. Yet Joi was able to take in my order, provide guidance for the balloon color scheme and ensure the delivery reached on time. Glad that I made the choice to order from them! Hired Hello Joi to help me decorate my hotel room for a proposal. Overall, it was great experience working with the company! The staff was accommodating and replies was expeditious as well. The team went down to the hotel, collected the room key and set up the room while I was away. My fiance and I had a really pleasant surprise when we returned to see a really well decorated room. The only reason why I did not give a 5 stars was that the customised balloon was deflated the next morning and hence not really worth it to bring the balloon back home. I will highly recommend Hello Joi for your next event!
