★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The parcel was sent to my place wrongly. I had emailed the so tea team for prompt action and I was furious mad that the parcel is for my friend’s belated birthday, and it ended up at my place. Asked them what is the reason to end up at my place.
3 minutes later, I missed out on a call from so tea due to my deafness and so tea msged me via wap instead of calling.
Matters are handled by one of your team, Sarah, and we then communicated through WhatsApp. She told me that the so tea is at fault to mess up like a chaotic.
Hopefully, you and your team will be taking action against one of your employees.
To replace the delivery, the so team took faster action to send the parcel after my home.
The company will be sending replacement tea to my place.
Thank you and one of your employees, Sarah for voicing my matters and it solved problems for a day.
