The quality and quantity definitely meet our expectations and so much better than other famous brand that i bought for first confinement. The herbs are freshly packed and delivered just few days before my EDD. I filled in a questionnaire so that the herbal fit to my body condition and taste liking. From personalize the herbs according to our needs, to how they come with specific instruction. What really surprise us is when my wife went for emergency c sec instead of natural birth, Heng Foh Tong sent over more herbs to help to heal the wound better. This is her 19th days confinement and she is recovering well. We will def recommend to our friends and family.

Most heartening is that the boss help me to packed the confinement tea together with my soup according to day. So that it’s fuss free for me to take out and consume, instruction is also very clear. When I am in doubt I can always check with them via what apps. My package is not the cheapest one in fact it cost me $500+. But I think the quality of the tea and soup is superb. The pot is the free gift and they even wanted to help me to upgrade to a better slow cooker. Do support them for the wonderful quality and the service.

Herb quality is good and thick! Even the red date tea is nicer. Any time I had questions, I could text to ask Lee and they were always very supportive. I bought a few packets to bu my body before I gave birth and was So impressed that I recommended my another two of my mummy friends to get their confinement herbs too! They were also very happy. The herbs wise, it is individually packed in traditional pink paper and then vacuum packed to retain the freshness. The herbs are packed according to a questionnaire which I was told to complete before their team started packing. From the outlook of the packaging and herbs, I can see that those are quality herbs and packed very freshly before they delivered to me. I like how they personalize my confinement herbal packs according to my needs and not a one size fits all kinda concept. The instructions to brew the soup and red date tea were also simple to follow and foolproof. Highly recommended!
