β β β β β Physician Kong attended to my recent left ankle injury. I find her to be a caring professional, highly knowledgeable, and able to explain health matters in plain yet eloquent English and Mandarin. I would highly recommend her!
Ms Chris at reception is ever friendly and helpful too. :)

β β β β β I visited Oriental Remedies (Jurong East), hoping for a solution to my backache which has been bothering me for many years. Was attached to Physician Low for the last 4 months. She is warm and knowledgeable and the small chats we had made each acupuncture session less scary.
I went for the ELT treatments as well and I could feel my backache went away significantly after 8 sessions. Special thanks to Jeff my therapist who was with me during this period. She is professional and friendly and often imparting knowledge on various methods of back stretching that I can do at home.
Overall it has been a pleasant visit each time with friendly counter staffs and clean environment.

β β β β β My mum and I visited Physician Foo for the past 1-2 months and I have to say that she's really knowledgeable. She managed to answer all the questions my mum had about her condition. My mum felt pain in her hand and back for several years and could only use temporary pain relief to help with her condition. However, after several sessions with Physician Foo, my mum felt improvement in her back and hand. She also seem a little more energetic nowadays.
The staffs at the counter was super patient and helpful while accommodating to my mother's schedule which I really appreciate a lot!

β β β β β Visited the shop for its overwhelming positive review due to my strain wrist, Physician Kong was the one who treated my injuries, she was profound during the whole duration of the treatment. After the first treatment, my mobility was improved and it gets better along the process. The vibes there is just amazing, definitely would recommend those who are having any kinda of issues to go have a try with them. Do look out for Chris!! She the friendly and down to earth person over the counter who without fail to acknowledge and serve you if might have any doubt!! ??????

β β β β β I visit Oriental Remedies weekly for acupuncture sessions for my condition. Physician Low is very warm and patient with me as she hears out my condition, and assess the progress of my recovery every session. Knowing that I am afraid of needles, she will also engage in small conversations with me during the acupuncture session to keep me distracted. Not only the physicians, the consultants at the front desk are very friendly, and the atmosphere of the environment is very relaxing to keep patients calm while waiting. Appointment booking process has been very smooth for me as well, and reminder texts will always be sent out to me 2 days in advance in case I miss out my next appointment. I truly enjoy visiting Oriental Remedies and would highly recommend this place if anyone is looking for quality TCM treatments!

β β β β β Visited Orienal Remedies after seeking a couple of treatment elsewhere without success. Was assigned Physician Ang to treat my shoulder and wrist injuries from sport. Did 3 sessions of acupuncture and made great recovery. I highly recommend them for effective treatment. The staff are really friendly making you feel at ease. Physician is also effectively bilingual. ??

β β β β β I suffered from shoulder pain for few days. Visited Oriental Remedies because saw many good reviews from Google. Was attended by Physician Tanny Kong and she did acupuncture and prescribe medication for me. Physician was very knowledgeable and explain to me in details. I am happy that I was no longer in pain just after 2 visits! Counter staff are also very friendly and approachable. Will continue to come for maintenance because of the good service! Will recommend my friends to come also!

β β β β β I have a terrible headache, dark spots on my face and irregular menses. I feel so stress about it and lucky I found this TCM clinic from my friend. Don't worry this TCM clinic can talk Melayu. Thanks Helena for explaining to me in my language I feel more confident and having a significant improvement. I feel amazing, especially on my period time, it was so hurt until I can not walk.
But now after the medications given by Physician Low. I feel So much better.. !! And my face looks a lot better! My kids say I more pretty now! Thanks Physician Low, I will definitely recommend Oriental Remedies Clinic to my friend.
